Exactly what you would expect for a Jimmy John's. The closing staff were very nice. They made the sandwiches as ordered.

WOW! This is the worst experience I can ever recall having at Jimmy John's except the day I found out the Totally Tuna has gluten in it (for what reason, I do not know?). The staff were horrible--NO customer service. I felt like a total inconvenience. I could not order on the app (my usual M-O) because I was getting a $10 meal, but there are no GF-DF dessert choices and the app will not permit you to order without all the blanks filled in. The person who took my order was apparently unable to reach down and pick up trash as he moved a fallen napkin out of his way w a cowboy boot. I understand sloshing through schtuff when you're working on the west side of the barn, but we're in town now. This is Jimmy John's. It's a good thing this was not my first trip to Jimmy John's and the store from which I usually purchase doesn't treat me this poorly, or I would not return. I cannot recommend this store. read more

Well, I've been to plenty of JJs and this one needs some help. They have a drive thru (you have to drive around the whole strip mall to the back) and when I got back there, it was broken and they weren't using it. So I pulled into a parking space and went to the counter. The register was working but the display was broken... As for the meal, I needed something quick and easy to eat since I was going to be at work during supper time. The good thing is this was perfect in that it was a quick grab and go. The sandwich was fine but I've had better from JJs. I'll probably cross this off my list of coming back to. read more

Walked in and wasn't greeted at all, just stared at. Then when I ordered was treated like I was dumb. I specifically asked for no mayo on my sub and when I got in my car to eat it, it was basically a mayo sandwich. So disappointed. Honestly if the customer service was better I wouldn't have cared about the mess up on my sandwich. read more

My first time at a JJ but not my husbands. Comparing to others he says he has had better. The proportions of meat and toppings were good but my bread was not very fresh. I was disappointed that I couldn't get a combo with a Little John sandwich so had to get the larger sandwich and toss half the bread out. Liked the avocado spread (vs when the slice avocados on your sandwich and they all slide out). Service was slow and only one bathroom available. Restaurant had empty boxes tossed on the floor with mop bucket sitting near where you order. Customers got up and left a no one cleaned tables while we were there. Just passing through but if back this way would probably try a different place. read more

they need some help. I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes and still couldn't get my sandwic. I had to leave before I could get it and there was another car in front of me waiting still. At this point I don't think all be going back since this is the third times it's happend. and I have also seen several of the people in there on there phones when they have several people at the driver through and counter. I have never had a bad sandwich at Jimmy John's they use authentic ingredients in the Italian sandwiches the bread is awesome fresh baked. Excellent quality and priced right. Have always had fast courteous service during the busiest time of day. read more

Ask for a sandwich with no mayo or tomotoes and just expect a sandwich without it not here. When you complain to the company they don't fix their mistake. So next time you get a delivery make sure to get a knife so you can scrape the tomotoes and mayo off because they can't make a sandwich without it. read more

Absolutely love Jimmy Johns, I travel 4 days a week for work and eat it 2-4 times a week. However, this location is embarrassingly bad. They were out of bread at 11:45am, how is that possible? Lunch rush hadn't even started. I came back 15 minutes later hoping the sub shop had "bread" and ordered. They then told me they were currently out of Iced tea, keep in mind it was now 12pm, once again this was the absolute beginning of the lunch rush. I would understand if they were out of these things at 1-1:30 but 11:45-12?! Also the guy that took my order was like talking to a wall and thought sugar filled brisk raspberry tea was "basically" the same as unsweetened iced tea. read more

I've got them to deliver to my Job by the airport but they refuse to deliver to my house when I live 5 blocks from the center of town how wrong is that" By the way the airport is at least 5 miles out an I'm in the CENTER of town!i love Jj's but they won't deliver in the middle of the town? Went here today with a about a six sub order, nothing too complicated. The cashier was extremely polite, however did short me 10$. The subs were made in a timely manner, however were marked incorrectly. I had left not realizing I was shorted 10$, and I had checked the subs thinking one was wrong. I went back and they gave me the money they owed me, being extremely polite. They also unwrapped the sub and come to find out, it had just been marked incorrectly. They rewrapped the sub, marked it correctly and I was on my way. Satisfactory service, glad they were insanely polite in helping me get it all figured out. read more
