Pulled up during lunch. Sat at the drive thru for a bit before someone even greeted me. When I pulled up, it got very disorganized. The guy told me my amout due, I told him I had rewards with them, he totally forgot to ask. He was not dressed in uniform, just seemed out of it, almost like he didn't know exactly what was going on. He had my sandwhich ready and was about to hand it to me when he just walked away. Not sure why. First thing is please train employees how to use the App. I was having problems ordering and none of them could help. So frustrating. Second, one of the employees had to always pull his pants up. He then would go make sandwiches without washing his hands. There was so much garbage on the floor. The garbage cans weren't overflowing it was just on the floor. They just would walk over the garbage. One employee stood on a chair that customers sit on to put ice in the ice machine. He didn't wipe it off afterwards. Tables dirty. Employees not helpful. I have come on two separate occasions both times when I try and order a side the excuse is sorry we didn't prep that today.

The sandwiches are always sloppy and smaller/lighter. Im noticing ingredients starting to look older too, pale tomatoes, yellowing lettuce and stale bread. I think its because people know to avoid this location, so the ingredients are getting old and spoiled more often. If -10 stars was an option, that's what I would select. Second time here, but let's talk about the first time. First visit I waited in line for 15 minutes with 1 car in front of me. They closed five minutes early and left me sitting there in my car and said nothing. Second time, we ordered two sandwiches none of the toppings we ordered were in the sandwiches even though my wife asked them twice to confirm. Learned otherwise when we get home. Doesn't like this sub much though I tried it twice . I had veggie with onion , tomatoes and Guacamole with chees and without cheese but it was very bland neither had any sauce nor it was grilled and the bread used was bland too unlikely other breads which you get in subway. Pulled up to the window for help and after an additional three minutes of the employees awkwardly staring at me and hiding behind equipment someone came to the window and asked "what are you here for? A pickup?" I said I was not and I'd like to order, they responded by pointing to someone else and saying just a minute, the someone they pointed to didn't even look at me and picked up a phone call. Since discovering this place with the convenience of both ordering ahead and easy drive thru, I have become addicted. I usually get enuf food for 2 days so I am never without! I have found the staff to be friendly, helpful, patient and efficient. The sandwiches are packed with the freshest tasting ingredients and the French rolls are the best. Ugh...I love Jimmy John's but the past few times at this place have been a huge let down. One time my husband got the wrong meat (he hates ham), another legit had barely any meat, one time tomatoes when asked for none, this last time I wanted no tomatoes or lettuce...i got hot peppers instead of tomato with like no oil hubby got his order with satisfaction. They were not wearing hair nets either. My husband noticed it first...their use to be an employee who rode a hoverboard while being cashier. Skip this place, I will in the future. I'm addition to my rant...what if I was allergic? I had no idea peppers were included in sandwich...I either have anaphylaxis or some sort sensitivity reaction. Freaky fast delivery just as they promise. Ordered lunch online for 3 of us, and it was at the door within 15 minutes. The delivery guy was really nice, and sprinted back to his car and then hopped on the hood to get to the driver's side. Hilarious! And of course the sandwiches were amazing as usual. read more

I was excited for this to be a regular lunch spot but on my 2nd order, I added Jimmy Peppers, thinking bell peppers because nowhere on their website does it say they are spicy peppers or even mention what kind they are so customers can look them up (they are Cherry Peppers btw). I called and talked to the manager, he offered a replacement sent out now or a credit under my phone number. My lunch was just about up so I opted for the credit. I called today to redeem it and they try to blow me off, finally the manager gets on and says she's a temp manager and doesn't see any notes about a free sandwich, though she can see and confirm my last order delivered to my work. I got the #5 Slim. It was $5.50 after tax. It was just a Mediocre sandwich. I basically paid $5 for a slice of bread and some meat. I can make better at home. I would even prefer quiznos/subway over this place. Me and a few co-workers went through the drive thru and YES IT WAS VERY FAST SERVICE. I do appreciate that. And when our food did come to us, it was wrapped very nicely and it didn't look thrown together. We were in/out of the drive through in maybe about 5-7 mins TOPS. I wasn't counting but it was fast. This would be a great place to go if your in a rush on time and just need to inhale some food down. I did not know There was a Jimmy johns here until my co-workers told me. Its located right next to the Jack in the Box off Rainier where the Fred Meyers is at. The bread is good, but I would rather have the bread as a roll. The sandwich is really just oK. You dont even get to have many toppings on there. Its just meat and lettuce. At least quiznos/subway you can add tomatoes, jalapenos, olives, etc.. Here no. This Jimmy John's is a joke. After a run in with their corporate office over a terrible driver, they sent us a $10 gift card. We figured we'd try to use it tonight. I ordered my son a BLT with added avocado (for an up charge) and cucumbers. I grabbed the beach club with added no mayo and added Dijon. We also got a pickle cut into quarters. $17 for the order, which seems way high but fine. Tipped the driver when they got here fast (the only reason why they deserve one star at all). Got inside and opened the sandwiches. My son's BLT was missing the avocado that we paid for and the cucumbers. My sandwich had none of the add ons and had loads of mayo. The pickle wasn't even cut right. Really?! I call the store and the manager seemed to not have a clue. He said they will send out the correct order. In the half hour that we wait, my kid is hungry and cranky so I just let him eat his sandwich. When they finally show up, I have them the sandwich back and was told that they couldn't give him the correct BLT since he'd eaten part of it. The driver had to call a manager to get that info. Strike two for that manager. So I ask if they plan on refunding the up charge on his sandwich and she had to call the manager back. At that point, I just got frustrated and said forget it. We won't be ordering from them again. Incompetence seems to be a part of the job description. Their food is definitely NOT worth the amazingly poor service. read more

Not gonna lie, I really hate the sub sandwich bread... if it weren't for the 7 grain or 9 grain or whatever the wheat bread option is, I wouldn't ever get Jimmy John's. The staff was very disrespectful and the general manager that was present was extremely discriminatory against my black trans friend. They refused them service and then threatened to call the cops on them if they didn't leave immediately. This was my first time trying Jimmy John's and I was so disappointed. The service was awful, not organized at all. There was a 30 minute wait just to get a sandwich made, then they didn't get the order correct at all. The music was blaring so loud you couldn't hear anything, probably why the order was wrong, they couldn't hear what I was saying. I'd like to rate this JJ's location with 2 stars due to the fact that they do have a drive thru and that they made my sandwich in a timely manner. Never going to this location, I decided to grab something quick before my work shift. I've never been to a JJ's with a drive thru, so I tried it. The gentleman working the drive thru wasn't pleasant. I placed my order just fine and drove up to the window. When I got to the window, there was no "Hello/ How are you?" He didn't even repeat the total of my meal which was their #12 Beach club with a diet coke and jalapeno chips. He just took my card, swiped it, handed it back. He then just handed me my drink and straw and then I waited another minute for my sandwich. By the way, the sandwich was made nicely with evenly spreads of mayo and avocado, just the right amount of lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers. While waiting for my sandwich, I noticed three or four other employees there. No one had a darn smile on their faces. Guys, I know it's not the ideal job, or it's just something part time, or it IS your career to help manage this business, but you cannot be unpleasant and depressing to your consumers. Treat them the way you'd like to be treated by being more inviting and customer friendly. I have ordered from this location MULTIPLE times, and for some reason, even though we are only a couple blocks away, can never get my order in less than 30 minutes. It makes me wonder what in the heck they are doing. I have ordered at different times as well. Doesn't seem to make a difference. Today, I placed my order at 12:07. It's now 12:40. Still no food.
