One I'm not even sure what he was doing, went into the back. And the other girl started my mom's sandwich and then started making online orders. We waited in line for about 15 mins and then finally walked out. Absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. I understand lunch rush just finished but there was no reason between 3 employees that they couldn't have gotten our sandwich's made in the time we waited.
