Stopped in after an event at the Aurora reservoir. I picked up a regular number seven and a regular number 12 combos. The service was extra friendly and super fast. I like to get both sandwiches cut in half so that we can share with each other. We got half a beach club and half of an Italian. Inside of the restaurant was very clean and all of the displays for chips and cookies were full and perfectly presented. There is 10 minute only parking directly in front of the store front. The parking stalls are shared with Little Caesars on Noodles & Co. I don't typically go to this location, but would definitely go back if I was in the area. Maybe next time I go paddle boarding at the Aurora Reservoir I'll stop and grab some subs to enjoy on the beach. read more

I made an online order $73 worth. And had to call the store because two my sandwiches I'd ordered were unacceptable. This has to be the worst quality I've experienced from a sandwich shop. Also when I called to have this rectified I was put on hold three times and talked to 3 different people. They would not credit my card back the orders that were incorrect and bad quality. But they said they wanted the ENTIRE ORDER they delivered back before they'd even possibly make anything right. At first they said they would only give me a store credit for the next time I order from this location. After this experience I will never be ordering anything ever again. Pictures for proof. Short Version Jimmy John's warning. (Quincy & Buckley) An order was not complete. (It happens) I returned to fix it. I was very calm, the cashier is someone's daughter, someone's granddaughter. Life is too short to be a jerk. I was told I was a liar, asked my age (I am retired) and to act it, they were too busy to help me, to step yelling. The alleged manager would not give his name. And then he told me to leave or he would call the police and have me removed. Normally, I assume a poster must have done something to trigger the other person. All I did was show a written order given to the cashier, a receipt, and a pic showing what was received did not match. Never had Jimmy John's until a couple weeks ago. I've been in this location a few times and every time the price is different same sandwich different price. Different size as well. The main thing is they have a new girl that raps your sandwich shop and I looked at her today and said thank you and have a great day and she looked at me like I was a piece of S^!t. I don't know how somebody can look at somebody and not acknowledge them. What is actually going on in this world where somebody just can't respond and be polite. I may never go back to this location because of her. That's just unacceptable. And I didn't even put any oil and vinegar on my sandwich. I'm absolutely done with this location. I have given this place chance after chance after chance to see if the can clean it up but nope. I order JJ when there's no time to cook. Darn near $40 with delivery fees for a couple sandwiches each time. Every. Single. Time my order is wrong, stale etc. I haven't had a single order that has come to me correctly in at least 8 months. I have emailed JJ, they said this location is a franchise, put me in touch with a manager. Manager offered to compensate for two sandwiches even though I've spent hundreds of dollars on wrong orders. I don't come here as often as I used too because I moved a few miles further away. Still friendly and fast service. Like all other fast food places the prices have been going up because of the economy and rise in minimum wage. Food is always good. I placed a catering order for Columbia Middle School Parent Teacher Conference night with an assistant manager a week ago and paid with a TAX EXEMPT credit card which was all discussed at the time of the order. However, when the order was delivered it had tax on it. The delivery guy who was very nice and helpful made a call to his manager about the tax charge. The manager was rude and said that nothing could be done about the charged tax! He admitted that it was their fault, but had no solution to the problem! AURORA PUBLIC SCHOOLS DO NOT USE THEM FOR CATERING!!!! I've never heard of any company that wouldn't remove tax that was incorrectly charged. I WILL NOT EVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!! One thing about Jimmy John's, they are incredibly efficient. I do appreciate that very much. However, sometimes I feel they compromise friendliness, for efficiency. I went in today to order a sandwich, the guy rushed me to order my food, didn't smile, seemed very irritated by my questions and requests. He gave very short, and direct answers. I can't say anybody was flat out rude, but they need to mellow out a little bit, and show some warmth and friendliness. It goes along way with customer service. read more

Claudia was very rude and confrontational after I asked her for a water cup. It was a hot day my dog was in the car I had just forgotten my wallet at the gym across the street (my dog was nextdoor at the groomers while I was at the gym) I just needed a cup of ice water for my dog but Claudia the manager here at Jimmy Johns and her staff rudely declined and said that water was for paying customers only. She tried charging me $1.75 for clear cup of ice water, I went next door to noodles and company and the staff was so polite and courteous, they immediately offered their service and assistance. After getting my pooch the much needed water, I went back to the gym got my wallet and returned to show the staff hey I'm not poor- my dog just needed some water! Good customer service goes a long way I will tell all my friends and family how great the manager Kyle at noodles took well care of us without expecting anything in return! I'm giving it 2 stars because this is the 1st time it's happened and I'm a frequent flier at this place. I get the same thing every time, with the same extras, and it's been very consistent. Today, it's almost like they reversed it. 2 items I checked "extra", and they weren't on the sandwich at all. It looked like one of those basic ones with nothing in it. If they've hired a recent new sub-maker, I would suggest maybe consider replacing this person. They get one more chance and I'm out. I have been to a few different Jimmy Johns and each one does things a little differently. This location is pretty awesome. Their bread is always soft while most others are a bit crispy. The employees here are super nice every time I have visited and have yet to mess up an order. I've noticed that this location is pretty skimpy with the tomatoes. I order a #13 - Gourmet Veggie Club. I consistently get 3 small tomatoes per sub which is pretty wild. Same with the cucumbers, the lettuce however is always abundant. I don't mind a lot of lettuce but would prefer a bit of everything in each bite. Anyways, I now request extra of certain things which seems to give me a normal amount in the end. Unfortunately they do not deliver to my area. I will never understand their delivery radiuses. But, whenever I order online for pickup I arrive 7 minutes later and my stuff is ready!! read more

I have been a long time customer of JJ's for years. I've always loved it. Tonight unfortunately I found plastic in my sandwich while I was eating it. I immediately lost my appetite. When I called the store they didn't even seem surprised. They didn't apologize. They also refused to give me a refund saying they have a "no refund policy".
