She's on your team. You really couldn't ask for more! Our process lasted about a year. During that time, we would send Jessica homes we wanted to see, and she was quick to fit us into her schedule. As questionable as some of the houses were, she never tried to talk us out of it or tried to push any houses on us. While doing walk throughs of the houses, she pointed out things that were great to have, but also things we should take into consideration as potential issues. It always felt like she was on our side and there to help us, not get a sale for herself. Jessica answered all of our, sometimes stupid, questions with grace and a depth of knowledge found in people who REALLY know their suff. During the offer and negotiation process she was transparent and very communicative about what was going on. It was always easy to get ahold of her, and she provided quick responses. Julie Dumsky got the documents wrong at least five times on a closing, she said was urgent. She…read morefailed to follow up when so called urgent emails were sent and then came at the last minute demanding everyone to stop what they were doing and get it done. One call confirming email would have solved the issue. Email sent to wrong email addresses. The problem was my husband was going to cancer treatment. She demanded we stop and take care of business that should have been done days before. When I tried to explain that she can not demand us to drop everything and my husband had a prior appointment, she rattled on about the closing and when I hung up as I had to get him there, she accused me of being rude. When I told her my husband had cancer, she never bothered to say sorry, she is rude and full of excuses. Oh and when asked if the closing happened, she said I don't know. So, we paid her how much to "not know". Unacceptable all the way around. If you want a train wreck, hire Julie.
