Throughout my life,…read moremy wife and I have bought and sold at least 10 homes, and Kitt provided us with the highest level of professionalism, effectiveness and collaboration that we've ever seen. Her entire team cares about you, your specific needs, and puts more effort than I could have imagined into the sale of our home. The materials they produce is beyond professional quality, the advertising they use is unrivaled, and the reach they have far exceeded our expectations. The only thing you will regret is not having contacted Kitt sooner to list your home, or to help you find the perfect new home!

Until this experience, I had little appreciation for the real estate industry and frankly this role. Kitt and Chris demonstrated the importance and value of having a phenomenal team. They are both incredible and taught me a lot along the way too! They were thorough and professional from start to finish and very knowledgeable of both residential and condo living . Always on top of things while keeping me informed every step of the way and readily available 24X7. I highly recommend Kitt and her team. They truly go above and beyond.

cons of living here *pictures included…read more This is the first time I've ever left an apartment complex after my first term and didn't renew, here is why. 1.) Washers and dryers in the building are consistently out of order regarding "app reload". So if you want to wash clothes, you have to go to the leasing office (which is never open during the hours they say that their open) to reload a card. **** if any member of the leasing office comments attempting to combat this allegation, I can post pictures of my email complaining about this, and three months ago-the washing machines STILL haven't been fixed. Pictures attached were taken before I left. 2.) Building upkeep is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. *pictures also attached for this one. -Lobby is consistently filled with random garbage, floors are consistently covered with spills from peoples trash which they sometimes leave in the lobby instead of taking it all the way outside, so the entire building smells like trash all the time. 3.) Elevator use of the buildings. - Peoples dogs consistently urinate in the elevators, a puddle of urine sat there for three days before anyone did anything about it. Mind you I had to CALL AND ASK, even though they claim to having building maintenance clean the buildings. No one has ever once saw a person from maintenance clean these buildings. A leasing agent who no longer works there CAME AND CLEANED THIS HERSELF. **best for the leasing company to try and not deny this allegation, I have email evidence. 4.) Locks/Doors on the building. If you decide NOT to use the elevator, you have a lengthy walk all the way around a building to get to your car, or dumpster if you're trying to take your trash out. Getting back in with your key is LAUGHABLE. The people who live in these buildings let people live with them who aren't on the lease, so they CONSISTENTLY tamper with locks on the doors so they stay broken, or jammed. So don't try balancing groceries and trying to get in. You'll easily spend 10 minutes trying to fidget with the side door locks just to try to get in. 5.) Car safety - no one is safe. The residents of this complex have figured out a way to tamper with the garage of these buildings, people who don't even pay park in there- the door to the garage is constantly left open. There is an elevator in the garage, so homeless people constantly go into it and wander the buildings looking for open apartment doors. YOUR CAR- will get broken into unfortunately, my car was ransacked, and neighbor's had engine parts from their car stolen in the overnight hours. SECURITY- is non existent - they pay someone to come out and troll the neighborhood as a "response" to things that have already happened and you won't see them again after about 3 days. **** mind you I worked overnight shifts at the hospital, I was in and out of the building during overnight hours and never saw security unless something recent happened. 6.) Mail and packages - leasing complex "accepts packages" but if the mail person brings them to your building, expect them to get stolen and no way of tracking them. 7.) Cameras in the building- they don't work, they will lie and say they do, but they don't. I was able to identify the individuals who broke into my car, they were looking for open apartment doors earlier in the evening. When I asked them to look at the camera a leasing agent finally admitted to me they didn't work. Then, her manger emailed me asking for the name of the employee who told me they didn't work, I wasn't going to get anyone fired so I didn't say anything. But they don't work - don't let the existence of the cameras in your lobby fool you. 8.) PLUMBING - GOOD GOD. Your garbage disposal is hooked up to the same plumbing that runs your bathroom sink. Want to know what happens when you run the disposal ? It back kicks all that nasty stuff into your BATHROOM SINK. 9.) Individuals who live here- smoke a lot - building's will always smell like weed. No one is background checked to live here.

Maintenance workers have always done a great job fixing the ineptitudes of management. Other than that, this is a garbage company. Our house has flooded for almost 7 years now and they have refused to do anything even after installing an improperly designed French drain. Extremely disappointed so now we are requesting a rent discount. I have changed my initial review to say that we will pursue legal options if mediation does not work. Our house flooded Sunday evening / Monday morning at 1 am and Firstkey Homes still has not remediated our carpet or sent anyone out to clean. (It's now Tuesday evening 7:22 pm) We've been forced to have our carpet and tile cleaned by another company to avoid mold issues. Real Estate is based on a bilateral contract and relies on both parties fulfilling their respective obligations. We have fulfilled ours every single month and have never been late. Wish I could say the same for them. It is now Thursday at 6:57 PM and our local Firstkey still has not called us back. I guess flooded houses aren't a priority. I will update the record tomorrow. Also cross posted on Trustpilot.
