She's on your team. You really couldn't ask for more! Our process lasted about a year. During that time, we would send Jessica homes we wanted to see, and she was quick to fit us into her schedule. As questionable as some of the houses were, she never tried to talk us out of it or tried to push any houses on us. While doing walk throughs of the houses, she pointed out things that were great to have, but also things we should take into consideration as potential issues. It always felt like she was on our side and there to help us, not get a sale for herself. Jessica answered all of our, sometimes stupid, questions with grace and a depth of knowledge found in people who REALLY know their suff. During the offer and negotiation process she was transparent and very communicative about what was going on. It was always easy to get ahold of her, and she provided quick responses.
