We are from Texas, so these things were especially helpful given our limited opportunities to view properties in person. Once we decided to make an offer Nasir was not only amazing, but always super responsive. He provided help and offered advice that truly made a difference. For instance, we were looking at financing with a number of mortgage brokers and Nasir urged us to apply for a mortgage with a local credit union in addition to the other brokers which resulted in an interest rate one full percent better than expected. This condo will be a second home for us and since we didn't have furnishings nor the appetite for finding and moving in a great deal of provisions (particularly to the second floor), Nasir urged us to consider making a separate offer on the well appointed furnishings in the unit we were purchasing since the owner had used it as a second home. We took his suggestion and ended up with a bill of sale for virtually all of the contents which allowed us to enjoy our beautiful new home immediately! At closing, our attorney had a last minute conflict and was unable to be with us. Without skipping a beat Nasir brought in an experienced attorney thereby allowing us to close on the property as planned. I said tell your boss to remove our names from your email or you'll get a letter from my attorney. They hung up on me. So? are they that incompetent, or are they trolling for extra business?
