Stay far away from this business. Total bait-and-switch…read more My realtor booked them for a follow-up move-out carpet clean (cleaning carpets that are already clean in a nearly empty home). Mr. Bergeson had just cleaned these exact same carpets, with my help btw, a few months ago for $322.50. This time, Mr. Bergeson jacked the price up to $418 with zero warning. No quote, no checking, no approvals, no nothing... he just started work without a word. When I called him out on his shady pricing he sent AFTER the work was done, he threw a tantrum. I told him the only difference this time was he brought an extra guy who really just sat on my porch on his cell phone. Mr. Bergeson got super defensive and started sending me sarcastic, smart-mouth texts calling me "such a joy" with laughing emojis. Then when I asked him to simply email me a proper invoice, he gave me lip and said he'd do it "when I have time." Since he was unable to justify the increase in price and wouldn't work with me at all, I paid him the original $322.50 on the price we had previously agreed on for the home and paid him. Instead of acting like a rational business owner, Mr. Bergeson texted me late at night threatening to take me to court over 95 bucks. Mr. Bergeson is an arrogant, disrespectful guy who tries to add sneaky extra charges and cries when caught. Save yourself the headache and hire literally anyone else.

I called the Colorado Springs Roto-Rooter office last night when I had a plumbing emergency. My…read morewater conditioner had sprung a leak and the plumbers who had installed it were not returning my calls. The Roto-Rooter dispatcher was professional and prompt, and after confirming the details of my issue, was able to schedule a plumber to visit my home the very next day. First thing in the morning Caleb the plumber was at my door and ready to get to work. We were so pleased with Caleb's work on our issue that we also opened a new ticket to have him do some other plumbing repairs in our house. Now we are not only on the way to resolving our original issue, but also got some less important plumbing work done and out of the way. Caleb even worked with the manufacturer of our water conditioner to diagnose the underlying issue. Caleb went above and beyond, and is one of the most competent and professional plumbers I've ever worked with. I've been a home owner for a long time, and I only very rarely deal with anyone this dependable.

The good: someone did show up that day. The bad: it took over 2.5 hours for them to show up, not less than 1 as the call center (and confirmation text) said. The terrible: the technician said it would cost $800 if the toilet was installed, but since I already had the toilet off, it would "only" cost $540. Only?! That's an outrageous price for snaking a single line. I won't be back.
