Yes, Our Springer from Jillfarms had parvo at 7 weeks. The paperwork claimed all shots were given. We almost lost her, and it was an automatic $1000 for the vet to treat her for 3 days at 7 weeks- The Vets in the clinic said there was not a beginning shot given or there would not have been parvo. Psrvo is from feces, which was all over her living room. Then she was continually tested and could not begin first Vax until we had a negative test which took weeks. Unfortunately parvo can destroy the lower intestinal lining, so she has a stomach ache after every meal when the food goes to the lower intestines. That was the diagnosis from 3 vets not knowing each other. It is awful to watch and has been 4 years. She is on hydrolyzed protein and there is no cure. I have watched and she ALWAYS and continually has litters from the same females with 1 or 2 thrown in- with Jax being the constant stud until she retired him. She even colorized the eyes blue and said they turn sometimes. I felt that eventually maybe someone would have issues like I did, as surely I wasn't the only one and review her. OVERBREEDING for sure, as one vet said to the many fluid filled bumps all over her in addition. Good Luck, since the breeders are allowed to give beginning shots here in Canada. The honesty definitely isn't there.....She deserves zero stars shame on her as she charges huge for the puppies. read more
