We don't trust them to touch her hair again and are so disappointed. At this point she's afraid adding anymore chemicals will damage her hair more, despite them saying otherwise. The woman was kind and she was kind in return, especially with her daughter there; however this doesn't make up for mutilating her hair. Sometimes people need to be able to say this is not our best and we messed up, sadly that did not happen. They even tried to convince her this was similar to the picture requested, which is laughable. Best of luck to the ladies there. And beater luck to those of you going to your hair done!

The highlights were poorly done, not light snd bright and because my hair is thick some are not even visible! 2 shampoos later and I am upset because I am going on vacation next week and came in specially to get bright highlights put in. They also did corrective color on reddish color that was put on by a previous salon. The red still came thru after a few washes. Looking for a better salon in another area. The only good thing I can say is my haircut was okay and they took off charges for the horrible mess they made out of my hair.

Well, there is no special because I was charged the same price, not the Tuesday price on the website. The stylist also casually asked if I wanted a steam treatment, a $30 addtl fee but I asked the add-on charge while at the bowl getting washed and was able to make an informed decision. The press was well executed, however I specifically asked twice to not have tight curls....and when I was spun around to look in the mirror - I had tight curls all over my head. So I kindly repeated, I really don't want tight curls and she attempted to adjust, adding more heat. Everyone was pretty nice when I entered, the salon is moderately clean and not very loud. I just wish I got what I asked for and at the advertised price.
