I had to call him back AFTER I placed the order, gave him the delivery info and my credit card, to give him my email to send the receipt to. I told him to call me if there was any issues. Due to all the positive reviews I trusted him. Since I didn't receive any calls I figured he had everything under control. I WAS SO WRONG!!!! When the plant was delivered it was NOTHING like the picture on THEIR website, never received a phone call for my approval, and have not received a receipt. Called and left a detailed message, still haven't received a return call as of today 6/6, or a receipt. I called my credit card company and Bettys charged me $90.09, with no approval going over the $55, never called to tell me they didn't get what I originally wanted as shown on THEIR website, and still haven't sent me a receipt. I trusted Dave and HIS WORD, BIG MISTAKE!!! I thought I found a florist I would do business with for a long time, SO WRONG!!! I really want to support local shops instead of big box stores, but they never seem to have what I'm looking for, or the prices are outrageous for what they're offering. One of the things I've always loved about shopping local is the knowledge and help the staff can provide. Unfortunately, the last two times I asked for help, I ended up sharing more knowledge with them than they shared with me. That's honestly sad to see. I've loved going to this place over the past couple of years since moving to the area, but I think I may skip it moving forward. I understand this may make me sound like an entitled customer, but I genuinely hope the business sees feedback like this and steps up their game.

We even stopped in to use this as our 'pumpkin patch' for multiple years. They've got a great assortment of plants and in late spring there are herbs and tomatoes and other plants. Then they pivot to summer and then fall flowers and decor and into winter. There is something for everyone! Staff is so friendly. They will stop to answer questions or guide you if you are not sure of what to buy. They may not be readily viewable when you go to check out, but I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for someone to pop up at the register. The parking lot can be busy and it isn't huge, but there is street parking around.

Roses, alstroemeria, asters, carnations and chrysanthemums are delivered in a cheerful clear glass vase."
