I love this Jiffy Lube. They always open the manufacturer's recommendations and talk to me about how my car is aging, and what service might be needed or is upcoming. I like to take care of my car so as to avoid future problems, so when I've wanted service beyond an oil change, they've always given me a good price. read more

Went to get oil changed, I picked up car and paid I went home, I checked the oil. It was 2 quarts high. I got my suction pump and pumped out 2 quarts of oil to get it down to where it needed to be and noticed how filthy the oil was.They did not change the oil. and more importantI could've ruined my engine by 2 quarts high. Blown seals. I called corporate. All he could do was try to stand up for his employees. Who for some reason or another needed five quarts of oil from me. I brought my own oil and filter mobile one I guess that's the kind he runs. if I knew they needed 5 quarts of mobile one oil,I would've gladly bought it for them as opposed to them trying to ruin my car by adding 2 quarts of clean oil as to dilute, the color of the black oil did not work. Will not use Jiffy Lube or anyone else for that matter again I'll do it myself. read more

The service is fantastic however I did get a new hose in November from here and it came disconnected while I was on the freeway. The great this though is that someone came to my location and fixed the problem free of charge and filled up the antifreeze. The value is great for how well the customer service is. read more

If you MUST go here, make sure you get their quotes in writing before the work is done. They have this scheme to keep coming back out to talk to you to add on more things that need to be done, and then tell you either an incorrect price (your fault if you misheard) or make it sound like the price for one windshield wiper will be the total price to replace both. The people who work here are crooks, criminals and idiots. We took our sons mustang in fir an alternator. The one they put on put out too much electricity and ruined many functions of the car. They kept saying this is wrong and that is wrong and $1500 later the car is not even drivable and absolutely not in alignment. The windows now don't work. The air conditioning now doesn't work. These guys went above and beyond when I needed help about 1 month ago. I had taken my car to another place that rotated the tires and did an oil change. Once I was a few miles away from the other place, my car started shaking really badly. Although it was not Jiffy Lube's fault, they helped me to fix the problem. It resulted in them having to try about 4 to 5 different things to resolve The tire issue but they did so happily. The only thing I "paid" them is the promise that I would come get my other cars oil changed in the next week, which I did. They didn't try to upsell me or any of the other junk that places often do. Did I mention that I originally got there about 5 to 10 minutes before close? I apologize profusely but they just wanted to help. Thank you!! read more

I wish I could take away stars!!!! I usually do automotive work myself, but I needed to try and charge up the freon on my daughter's 1976 volvo that I rebuilt (My grandfather bought it new when I was 6). I should have thought twice about having them do it, but I thought how hard could it be. I even provided them the new belts that they would need for the job. I figured since they were going to be under the car, I would have them also do a quick oil change on the car also - keep in mind, I rebuilt the gas tank, fuel pump, put in two starters (the first one was junk), fuel sending unit, a new head (the orignal cracked after sitting for 12 years without running), brakes and discs, fuel relays, etc.- so, I figure an oil change and freon would be easy. They kept it for three hours, because they had to modify the compresor. Tried to up the cost and didn't go with the belts I provided. Then after all that, the air didn't work, because the compressor clutch is old (they don't have the tools to fix the clutch). They still charged me for the work though!!! Jump forward 4 and a half months. I'm under the car changing the oil on my daughters car, I reach up to take off the oil filter and when I look at the old filter after removing it... it is marked with the date from when I changed it in APRIL not JUNE when they did it (I always write on the filter with a sharpie so I know when I last changed it out). So either they didn't change the oil and filter charged me for it, or were too damn lazy to reach up and remove the old filter to put on a new one, not thinking I wouldn't know. Either way... they charged me for a job they didn't complete. Not the way I conduct business!!! read more

i am a teenage girl who went in for her first oil change for her car and i know nothing about cars. these men used that to their advantage and completely ripped me off. i used a groupon which was 36 dollars and should have covered everything however they charged me for a ton of other things and not what i already paid for and it costed me 90 dollars in total. that is more than most adult men use on brand new vehicles and i have a 2009 honda. it was very obv they overcharged and and conned me knowing i didn't know what they were telling me. yes, i should be more prepared but do u want manipulative men using and overcharging you? no. never going again and finding a trustworthy place to do. screw men. read more

Clean facility with cold drinks in the fridge, hot coffee in a Keurig, free WiFi, charging station for your phone, magazines to read, A/C cooled room, and comfortable padded chairs for waiting. Friendly staff who explained what was needed and how much it would cost. Great oil change experience! read more

I wish I could give this zero stars! This was my girlfriends experience at jiffy lube today. First, let's start off with the blatant sexism displayed from the jump. When asked for what kind of oil change they assumed she knew nothing and told her she needed a more expensive kind, then when she agreed to pay the higher price they asked her if she wanted her tires rotated, she then answered no they proceeded to say "yeah I should have figured you couldn't afford that since you wanted regular oil" Then after they took her car and started working on it the employee came in and YELLED in her face about how her air filter was bad and she was going to get asthma from it and how her car was about to break down. Also in tears, my 23 year old girlfriend told the employee she wanted to talk to her dad before doing anything else today. This was a horrible experience for her and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Please if you have a daughter/wife/friend you respect in any way do not go here! read more

READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE GOING HERE! If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars, I would. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure of working with. After getting in my car and realizing something was broken, I drove back in and asked them to simply fix what they broke. They proceeded to mock and belittle me, along with lying about breaking it. I have driven this car for years, and I know the condition of the car when I took it to them. That was NOT the condition in which I received it from them. After being confronted, the worker proceeded to smile and change his voice to that of a child, and mockingly say, "If you REALLY want to blame this on us, I can order you some glue. Would you like that?" When I told them that I do not appreciate paying over $50 to have my vehicle leave in worse condition than it arrived in, the worker turned around in the middle of my sentence and walked inside, dismissing me. I understand this is not a top-of-the-line establishment, but these people lack legitimate human decency. Never have I been treated so disrespectfully by a "supposedly" place of business. Please do not go here. I would much rather pay a slightly higher price somewhere else and actually be treated with respect. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I went in for a normal oil change and left paying $80 for an oil change and "fluid top off." And that was AFTER I used a $20 coupon. Upon leaving, I noticed that my windshield tinting had been RIPPED OFF and stuck back on. I assume they tried to rip off the previous Jiffy Lube sticker to replace it with a new one and took the tinting with it. When I returned to discuss the issue, I was argued with and told that there was nothing they could do about it. So now I have to take my vehicle to ANOTHER business and PAY for a mistake on Jiffy Lubes part. SO they have forever lost business of a customer who used to vouch for their business when others warned me of their mistakes. read more

Horrible experience. Came in for an oil change with a coupon. Was told after they dropped the oil that the type of oil I needed the coupon wouldn't cover. Ended up getting it for the price I was expecting, however I drove off and noticed a nasty note written on my windshield with a finger I'm sure they thought I wouldn't notice. I've given a few locations a shot and have come to the conclusion this is just a horrible, shady company. read more
