They helped me with a top off and they are very helpful in a couple of other questions I had on my vehicle. I had an engine light on and they had a tool to fix or rather diagnose it for me and then went to my mechanic. Great manager and very clean!!! read more

Service was great, got my fleet van serviced, oil change, brake fluid change, wipers replaced, tires rotated, the team was on top of this. Really great. read more

Brian and Jared were extremely helpful and kind when I went in - they assisted me even though it was close to closing. Great service!

I'm glad to see Jiffy Lube is doing so well that they can turn business away. My experience was comical, I pulled into an empty lane/bay to get a basic transmission service. 5 employees tell me they "shouldn't" do it, their technical term was "it'll mess it up". I'm a manager in the automotive industry myself and I could tell all 5 employees felt awkwardly dumb trying to explain, couldn't give me an honest reason why they're turning me away. Obvious they just didn't want to work. Wouldn't recommend these ignorant, lazy, people if they were the only shop in town. When a customer asks you to do a job, you should do yours and accept their money. read more

Everything went well. I can't compliment the team enough. Everyone that I came in contact with was enjoyable and a great experience

- 1/5 Stars Listen up, fellow car enthusiasts and sanity seekers, if you ever thought your life needed more drama and anxiety, let me introduce you to Jiffy Lube - the anxiety-inducing amusement park of auto services! Picture this: you roll into the lot with your trusty ride, hoping for a simple oil change and perhaps a dash of camaraderie with your car. What you get instead is a crash course in survival, wallet edition. The moment you step out of your car, it's like entering a suspenseful thriller where your wallet is the lead actor, and surprise charges are the unexpected plot twists. "Oh, your air filter needs changing? Don't worry, it's only the price of a small moon!" they chirp, conveniently omitting any mention of cost before the grand reveal at the end. It's like ordering a burger and getting a bill for the entire farm. And don't even think about asking them to slow down - they'll sweep you up in their tornado of "urgency" and "necessity," leaving you in a sweaty mess. But wait, there's more! The pièce de résistance is their avant-garde masterpiece called the "Tire Rotation for the Extravagantly Priced." For the low, low price of thirty whole dollars, they'll kindly turn your tires - because apparently, your car's wheels need a spa day too. It's like paying for a massage and getting a light dusting of lavender air freshener instead. Now, I'm no grease monkey, but even I can tell when someone's trying to convince me that my car is on the brink of spontaneous combustion. They weave a narrative of impending doom, hoping to trigger your inner caveman instincts and force you to say, "YES, SAVE CAR NOW!" But fear not, brave souls, for I have returned from the abyss unscathed and ready to reclaim my DIY honor. To the wizards at Jiffy Lube, I bestow upon you the title of "Masters of Mystery Pricing" and "Masters of Manufactured Fear." Congratulations, you've convinced me that changing my own oil is as easy as eating a slice of pie (and I'm pretty good at pie eating). Farewell, Jiffy Lube, and hello driveway oil changes - where the only drama is whether I spill more on the pavement than in the engine. TL;DR: Jiffy Lube - where wallets cry, cars shiver, and I'm now a certified oil-change ninja. read more

Everyone here is so nice and professional! Quick service, great pricing, just a fantastic experience all around. I live in Los Angeles and come up to visit family about once a month. I will time my oil changes and tire rotations with these trips. Thank you, Henry, and all the gentlemen at this Jiffy Lube location. You started my morning and weekend off with a smile! Until next time. read more

If you are looking for a quick oil change and nothing more, then this is a convenient option in town. The employees will absolutely try to upsell you on spark plugs, cabin air filters and tires, but if you hold firm (and especially if you have a 19% off coupon from the mail), the experience won't be too bad. Unfortunately, I've had several issues with poor communication and sometimes just a total lack of understanding from the staff here. My most recent experience was bringing in my car when the tire pressure was low, and waiting for an hour to be told that everything was fine and just a little air was needed. I was told that despite the warning light still being on, it would go away soon. After the light remained on 48 hours later, I went elsewhere and a nail was found in the same tire. I've given this location many chances, and some issues have been easily resolved, but overall it has become more hassle than it is worth. Staff is kind but often aloof, and usually the employees are not on the same page as each other. If you need anything other than an oil change, I would recommend Rick's in Old Orcutt for a world of a difference in both quality and customer service. read more

Kinda rude. It was alright I guess . No problem yet . I won't b back maybe. Prices kinda suck

Great customer service fast and efficient good prices and good coupons. Staff are friendly. Sadie did the vehicle write up very professional and knowledgeable Devin conducted the oil change went over my vehicle condition and was very thorough. I recommend central coast Jiffy Lube. read more

5 Was leaving on a multi-state vacation, needed an oil change, Jiffy Lube was open and quickly got me in without an appointment. The girl at the desk was very professional and knew her job well. Checked and filled all the fluids and checked and replaced the dirty filters. I felt I had made the right decision going to JiffyLube before my trip. Good quality, well trained , professional employees. Comfortable waiting area with free coffee. Not inexpensive, but good value and peace of mind. read more

Ale, Julio and the rest of the team were great. I needed an emergency oil change before I left for a funeral and they were able to take me in at the last second, find and fix the oil leak and get me back on the road quickly. read more

Wonderful service. I went in for an oil change. Workmanship was prompt. They answered all my questions. I'll definitely be back.

Customer service was very unprofessional! All technicians were on their Mobile Phones and chatting in groups. A basic oil change took 45min and only 1 Vehicle was being serviced. Disappointing in this location! read more

Service was top notch. I didn't even need to get out of my vehicle. Employees all wore their masks and let me drive into the bay with directions. I was in and out within 25 minutes. Will return when my oil change is due again. read more

I had an AC system failure in a company-owned fleet vehicle. This was the third place I had tried to get it fixed at. The first two (large name brand) repair shops said they couldn't fix it. I came here, they took a quick look at it, immediately found the problem, ordered the part, and got me scheduled to have it repaired first thing the following morning. Prior to this, I wasn't aware Jiffy Lube would make such repairs. They were quick, easy to deal with, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning with my fleet vehicle and personal vehicle in the future. read more

Excellent staff! I was met by a friendly guy who helped me figure out what I needed (this wasn't my car). They took me in right away-zero wait and on a Sunday! The guy that checked me out was nice as was the lovely young lady that I chatted with. Excellent work-much better than the other Jiffy Lubes I've been to. A+ read more

I have came to Jiffy Lube to get oil changes and I am always greeting by friendly employees who take their time to explain the process. Today I was greeted by Julio who was incredibly helpful. They were transparent about how long the service would take and explained everything they could offer. I have continued to have a great experience every time I take my car here. These guys do such a great job! Highly recommend! read more

Do not take your vehicle to Jiffy Lube. After an oil change they recommended new spark plugs for $149 coolant replacement for another $149 and cabin filter for $32. I did not buy any because I wanted to check my records. Sure enough I had replaced the spark plugs about 1,300 miles ago which tells me they don't know what they are doing or plainly ripping off customers who don't check records. Never again have lost me as a customer forever! Zero stars. They want to make a quick buck in a small town. Not one dollar from me at any Jiffy Lube!! Response: here is the receipt. "It says For Immediate Attention"--not "For consideration"There is an asterisk which states--"THESE are items that were reviewed during your visit at Jiffy Lube. This report is based on the conditions recorded at the time of the service. No where does it state it was based on mileage nor that NO one in the shop actually examined the recommendations. This is called dishonesty. read more

Very Disappointed with my latest experience at this location. Asked for an oil change along with a tire rotation and realized I had a missing hubcap as a result of it. I've gotten my tires rotated plenty of times and have never encountered this. I hate to restate this, but VERY DISAPPOINTED with the staff here. read more

Great customer service from Collin, Lupe and Alexis. Will definitely go back. +A To say least, they went above and beyond to provide the ultimate experience and a safe vehicle to drive. read more

I was traveling home from Santa Barbara to Northern California, when my low tire light came on. I looked for a Jiffy Lube because they take of me in Sonora. I'm older, had a blind old dog on my lap and when I pulled in I was nervous. Ale, I think her name was, immediately approached me, moved a few cars around and took care of my very low tire. She was so friendly and helpful!! Great customer service. read more

They took good care of me. I would highly recommend if you want service to your vehicle to visit Jiffy Lube. I manage the American Tire Depot across the street and we perform a lot of services for free, but if you're looking for expedited service you should visit Jiffy Lube as they can get you in and out pretty fast and the service is great as well. Dylan is really awesome so if you need anything ask for him. read more

Jiffy Lube is usually pretty decent. This one is great! The customer service was on point and very polite, thanks to Alex. Took my 2014 mustang to get serviced expecting my issue to be fixed like a honestly person would. I was told that my breaks where checked and taken care, not even a month has gone by since my last service and my back breaks where out on right cause a squeaky noise. I take it back excepting a professional response and acceptance to the fact that they where the ones who f*ed my breaks. But now I'm paying for there incompetent. read more

Had a oil change doen at Jiffy Lube, never used it before. They were quick but you shoud be cautious of the add ons. Somehow my oil change for an F-150 came to $140, I understand it needs extra oil but even the dealer isnt that much. Of much more concern is they stated my battery need to be replaced as well as tires and asked if I wanted to do it. I keep very much in tune with the condition of my truck and actually know my tread depth and battery condition as it was just checked 3 weeks prior, they both are just fine. I assume they saw my mileage and thought it may be a good sale. Was turned off by that so be careful when they say you need extra maintenance. read more

This is literally the best jiffy lube (and auto shop in general) I've ever been to. I had an older Honda Civic that was passed down to me that needed maintenance. Relied on it to do long commutes to SB. A lot of parts needed replacing and the entire time they explained to me what was going on with the car, why parts needed replacing, etc. they were honest about pricing at their place and in the area so I got the best deals, and they worked with me to make it affordable. Went above and beyond!! Their employees are all super friendly as well. Literally every single one of them. Offered to give me a ride back home when my car was being work on late in the evening and wouldnt be ready until morning. They helped diagnose so many car problems, and the wait was never that long. You don't get better customer service than here. Will definitely be coming back once my new car service expires!! It felt really nice to feel confident in (and to trust) the service I was receiving. read more

I had gotten an oil change at a different Jiffy Lube near where I live before driving down the state, and during the trip my car started leaking a lot of oil! Luckily I had AAA help me and they towed me to the Santa Maria Jiffy Lube location. Adin, Ceci, Juan, Jesse, and Eduardo all did a great job talking to me about the issue, looking at my car and fixing the problem on the spot, and I was back on the road very quickly. My car has been running fine ever since. The other Jiffy Lube location was very apologetic about what happened, and was able to help me out for the danger they put me in. Which that was good of them to do and I at least appreciate that effort, but to be honest, I wish I lived near Santa Maria so I could go to this location instead! Highly recommended. read more

Fast service, free coffee and tea, the only thing that I was unhappy about was the cost: I wish costs of the service would be discussed before it was done. Jiffy lube can really be a great way to get fast service of your car, but just make sure you know what prices or coupons the location accepts in advance, because without coupons or promotions it can be quite a bit more expensive than other shops to have your oil changed. I misunderstood or assumed the cost of the service and in the end was surprised. Sean P, the store owner, contacted me regarding the situation in a very timely manner and was extremely professional. The store owner worked to answer my questions, address concerns, and even graciously offered to honor the price I mistakenly thought the oil change would cost. Sean really cares about customer satisfaction and I appreciated his concern and attention. read more

Jiffy Lube - Mistakenly thought this was the price of the oil change, make sure you ask what prices each Jiffy Lube location accepts! - Auto Repair Near Me - Santa Maria, California

I came here on Sunday because my usual oil changed place was 5 cars deep. I had brought my daughters car here a month ago and let me tell you, although they are a bit more pricey than my "usual" place I will only be going to Jiffy Lube from here on out. The moment I drove up I was greeted by the nicest gentleman. He offered me a discount to keep me in Budget. They told me it would be about a 25 minute wait and there was hot coffee, tea or chocolate in the wait room. Such professionalism and kindness. read more

Quick, affordable prices, went out of there way to fix something loose under the car!!

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE! All of the employees wore masks and were very helpful and friendly. I went in to get basically the works done on my car and they did a phenomenal job. Friendly and quick service. Good technicians. What I expect from the company.

This place has competitive prices and usually has a Groupon and/or coupons on their website you can utilize on top of that. The customer service was very friendly. They do not take appointments but I took my car in on my lunch break and had no wait for my car to be looked at. Picked the car up at the end of the work day and they had washed my windows and vacuumed my carpets. I had an oil change and tire rotation. They do recommend other services your vehicle may need so I recommend doing your homework and checking what the manufacturer recommends to compare to their recommendations before you purchase any additional services. read more

Went in to get my oil changed and from start to finish had been provided with top notch service. Everyone is super nice, helpful and they went above and beyond to give me the best deal. Just got off work stop by the ATM to withdraw money and I had a total of 500 dollars ,went to pay something that was 300 and was remaining 200 left ,decided to not do my oil change myself and go to jiffy lube in Santa Maria and let me just say this has never happened to me before because I usually go to the one in Arroyo grande but I get to the location. I leave my wallet with $200 on the inside side of my door. And when my car is ready I go and get my wallet and it turns out that I'm missing $100 so like usually told the managers, managers look clueless and they say that they're going to check their cameras they get in contact with the owner was waiting there probably for 30 minutes and nothing so therefore I decided to just pay the service that I had gotten and I have to deal with things because I had things to do, they said they were going to give me a call back in a few and it's been hours now, so I had to call back and it turns out that they didn't find anything wrong and just like all companies they try and save their reputation and their employees, I don't think this is fair, because not only are we trust in them with our service we're trusting them with our personal vehicles, so I don't know if this is ever happened to anybody, but I would not recommend this place, because the Jiffy Lube in Arroyo grande you don't have to worry about hiding or taking your most valuable and expensive things, but at Santa Maria Jiffy Lube, you do, so needless to say Jiffy Lube in Santa Maria is definitely not the place to go read more
