Had a great visit today with this crew. I took in our old Nissan Sentra that has 224,000 miles and still running. Not going to the Junk yard yet. I had the oil change and decided to give it a Radiator Flush. We never did that since we owned it and should of, could of, would of. The anti freeze was caked into the radiator and they suggested I get a new one ASAP. They flushed out the old fluid and took great care of the the lady's first car. I was impressed by the concern and professional advice they gave me to replace that old rusted radiator soon. If we plan on keeping it any longer. All the recent reviews are accurate. If think you're saving money, you really are not. Just like all the reviews recently summed up, yes, you will have new oil, but at the hidden cost of additional repairs needed once you drive off. I had my oil change and that evening, noticed my speedometer was really off. The speedometer was consistently clocking the speed at at least 100 miles an hour in the mall parking lot. A few days later, i noticed my mileage was accumulating more miles than usual for daily routes such as work. The manager never returned my call. My mechanic explained the had bumped a few sensors in the process of changing the oil. The manager has been there for over 10 years. I stopped going a few years back because they had damaged other parts. I was hoping to have a better experience, but clearly, the manager doesn't care to train properly. read more

They rotated my tires and when I came again for them to do this again at my next oil change they told me the bolt was stuck on one of the tires so they could not do the rotation. Had oil changed and when I got on the freeway my skid plate started to scrape the road. Called them right away and took it back. I looked under car and the plate was hanging. I saw a zip tie on one side and the screws were missing. They did not replace it right. Screws were left out and they used a zip tie. This is a new car with 5k miles on it. I told them it difn't come off the lot like that. This was it's 2nd oil change. Beware when you go there. I will never go there again. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. And if you are a female, BEWARE of this location. My daughter took her truck to Jiffy Lube to get her oil changed and new filter. The charge was $247. When the work was done, she drove home which is 3 miles away. By the time she got home, there was oil pouring down the engine. She immediately called Jiffy Lube, and they said that their manager was gone and she would need to call back the next day. She needed the truck the next day and clearly Jiffy Lube was not an option at that point so she and my husband bought the oil and new filter to do the change themselves. Upon draining the oil, the oil drain plug was filthy, covered in road debris and showed zero signs of having been wrenched on to drain the oil. Additionally, the oil that came out was dirty and black. Again, she drove less than 3 miles total from the shop to home. The oil filter also was filthy, and was missing the O-ring which was why the oil was pouring out of the reservoir. The following day, she went with my husband to Jiffy Lube and once again, was told the manager was not there. My husband had the oil filter in his hand, and asked the service tech "does this look like a new filter to you" and the tech responded "no". The manager called the next day and my daughter told him that she wanted a refund. He said that she needed to physically come in to the shop to get the refund so she and I went in the following day. The manager was then insisting that we sign a release before they would give any refund. They said that because we changed the oil ourselves, after they screwed it up, that we needed to sign the release. He said that we should have brought the vehicle back to them to fix the issue?? I said that we would have had to tow the vehicle to them since it had no oil, which was ridiculous, and we had no intention of ever letting them touch the truck again. He refused to provide the refund so we insisted to speak with their General Manager. While we stood right there, the manager called and was speaking to his GM. Despite knowing that there was an angry customer in the shop, in front of other customers, with the manager being incapable of handling the situation, the GM refused to speak with us and said he would call us instead the following day. Big surprise, we are still waiting for that call. So, in a nut shell - they apparently thought they could take advantage of a young female who came in for an oil change and now, when caught, refuse to do the right thing. Note - they are not disputing that they screwed up, clearly they did, so why make the customer jump through hoops for a refund? The day before yesterday, I took my Infiniti for an oil change. This was my first time bringing my car in as it was more convenient than going to dealership. This was a huge mistake. Based on oil change package ( I purchased synthetic oil with replacement of filters) I paid for which included cleaning of windows and vacuuming.This was not done. Now yesterday as I was driving to work to see my patients over a hill, my car began to losing horse power. I had no issues prior to bringing in my car. Consequently, I had to rearrange my schedule. I placed call to Jiffy Lube and spoke with Jesse who agreed to look at my car if I was able to make it in. Upon arrival he looked at my car and agreed filters were not placed correctly which caused problem. While my car is now operating correctly and oil change was done in a timely manner. At what cost? Only to have to bring my car back in and not offered at least half of what I paid back. I was offered a coupon. No thank you I will never take that chance again. I took my car in for oil change. They inspected my car and said I needed an air filter and cabin filter. Took it out and showed it to me. I agreed to replace cabin filter. Shortly after leaving and thereafter, car developed a rattling sound and I live 50 miles away. Three months later, I took to another service provider who informed me my air filter was missing. I would avoid this service station. My engine caught fire on my way home after a routine transmission fluid service. The insurance investigator said the transmission hose split and fault could not be determined but the facts are that the engine started smoking within a few miles right after I left the Jiffy Lube station. I called Jiffy Lube and they indicated it's just some burn off of fluid spill so don't worry. Before I could get home, the engine was engulfed in flames. Just coincidence the transmission hose just happen to split on its own right after the transmission service they performed? Stay away from this facility is my obvious recommendation. read more

Convenience is important, so I would often take my car to the Jiffy Lube on Blossom Hill & Santa Teresa for its regular oil changes. Unfortunately, after multiple visits with really poor service, I've decided it's better to drive further away if that's what it takes to get good customer service and not have to worry about being lied to by a business. Although checking in and the overall time weren't problems, I had multiple situations where the technicians and or person helping at the counter said they did things but didn't. One time, I asked them to make sure they topped off the air in the spare tire. They assured me that it was done, but the tire pressure light told me otherwise. Another time, I check their website to see if they did smog checks. The website said they did, but when I drove over there, I was told they didn't. Granted, that may not have been a specific issue with this location, but it certainly didn't help. On another occasion, whoever checked me in made a typo and typed a 9 instead of 8, so my mileage was off by 10k. The last time I ever went to this location was again due to poor communication, lack of customer service, and outright creepy behavior. I asked them to check the spare tire since my tire pressure light was on. Right after I said that the employee told me his wife had the same car and it was probably because of the spare. Way to mansplain what I just told you, dude! I had heard the same employee talking to the customer before me saying how he wanted to take care of her just like it was his own car. When it was my turn, he tried to upsell me on a different type of oil than I had been using for years, saying he was just suggesting what he would want for his wife's car for me. Give it a rest! After my oil change, the air pressure light was still on. They also hadn't vacuumed my car. I was told they didn't vacuum during COVID and that they had checked the spare. The employee tried to tell me that his wife had the same car (AGAIN) and how if the light was on it was probably the sensor itself. Side note--if the light is flashing for a minute first, then it's likely the sensor, but in this case, the light was solid on when I turned on the ignition. In my disbelief, I literally asked him if all 4 tires and the spare had the correct air pressure. He said yes and that his wife's car...I cut him off from telling me how his wife had the same car again. Instead, I asked him to give me a print out showing what each of the tires were set at. He told me it was on the invoice. As I reviewed the invoice, I noticed it said, 'DECLINED' next to vacuum and that the tires were set to 32 front and back. While I was looking at the invoice, he started checking the air pressure on the tires. I asked him if they were at 32. He admitted that they were not. I pointed out that the invoice said the pressure was 32. He said he would notify the manager about that. I don't trust anything this guy said or that anyone there actually did what the paperwork says they did. I have not been back to this location since. It is worth driving further away to not be treated with such disrespect, lies, and falsifying documents. I would caution others against the Jiffy Lube on Blossom Hill & Santa Teresa. read more

I went to my usual Jiffy Lube I believe the gentleman who help me was Jessie, he was rude for no reason and I needed a top off. Since I am a Lyft driver I come to Jiffy Lube at least once a month to once every 2 months for an oil change and filters, not to mention a brand new battery I purchased and had installed here. I was told to pull my car forward and another worker put some oil in my engine. Soon after was told to go inside and no one ever told me I needed to pay. I was charged $20.00 It would have been nice to have been told in advance that I was being charged and I have never paid for a top-off before, but he had mentioned I was beyond my miles for a top off, but my car said almost 1,000 miles to go. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation but they said I couldn't get a tire rotation because I had a lock on the wheel and they don't have the tools at the moment to unlock it so I need to come back tomorrow morning ? I had someone check my wheels later that day and they told me my car doesn't have a lock and they most likely just said that because they didn't want to work on it. When receiving my car it looks like they tried wiping down my windows or something ? The job looks very rushed and I didn't get the sticker on the top corner letting me know my estimate of the next oil change. It felt weird. I declined replacement of the cabin air filter and bought it a block away for $16 and replaced it myself. I took my car here for an oil change and tire rotation. After they finished I went to the gym for an hour. When I returned to my car I found a large puddle under it. I brought my car back to the store and a worker instantly bent down and started celebrating that it was coolant. The manager said that they didn't do anything that would cause a coolant leak and acted like he did me a favor. Then the manager told me that I didn't have any coolant in my car and the reason that it was leaking was due to them refilling it. They never told me that it was entirely empty and they want me to believe that I was able to drive 300 miles with the air conditioner on with a broken system. It was working perfectly and after I took it to them, it is broken. What's worse, he took me under the car for no reason. He didn't see where it was leaking from and pointed at the passenger side. Even worse, they told me that it was probably the water pump breaking - and used that as an excuse because a water pump expiring would not be connected to them. My car has 70k miles and I took it in for a check up a month ago. My mechanic told me that he doesn't think it's likely and it is probably a damaged item. I will update this post after I get it fixed by a better company tomorrow. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow and possibly a lawyer on Monday. Do not go here. It is terrifying. read more

I serviced my vehicle for an oil change at this Jiffy Lube. They didn't know how to pop my hood open and asked me to come pop it. Thought it was kind odd for them to ask me. After a few weeks of the oil change my oil pressures were dropping dramatically. I asked a friend of mine if he could check it out and apparently they put the wrong filter size on my vehicle and loc tite on my oil pan bolt without informing me there's a slight leak. Went in for an oil change. Was met quickly and my car went right inside. Rep asked what oil I wanted and I told him and told him to change the cabin and air filter. Watched them work on the car through the window. They changed the air and cabin filter, vacuumed, checked the tire pressure, did the windshield, tested the battery and had me done in under 15 minutes. I paid the bill and left. When I got home I looked at my invoice and noticed that they charged $59.99 for the cabin filter! I thought that to be outrageous since they sell for about $15. I called the store and asked if they had made a mistake and he looked it up and said that the $59.99 was the correct price per the computer. I then called corporate only to find out that the shops are independent franchises and they set the prices. I went online with the franchise website and put in my car data and it did show $59.99 for a cabin filter for my car. I should have checked first, so bad on me for that, but bad on them for overpricing the filter. I'll replace my cabin filter myself next time. Lesson learned. read more

Stay away!! I went for an oil change in my BMW 330i before 3 months. As soon as I left from there I started seeing the engine light. I went back to them and they said it will go away in sometime. Next day as well the engine light was still on and I went to them again and this time they kept my vehicle for a day with no fix and said that I need to take my car to BMW service center. I found out from BMW service center that the oil filter that Jiffy Lube used an incompatible oil filter that that was blocking the oil from getting to engine. Then I provided jiffy lube with all the paper work from BMW hoping that I Jiffy lube will reimburse me for the damage they did. I am trying to get my money back since 3 months but the manager Henry keeps saying that I have submitted a request and will get back to you once I hear back from management. read more

Super negative experience due to lack of information between employees. I called previous to going to check the prices for oil change and whether they accepted online coupons. Employee let me know prices started at $50 and confirmed they DO accept online coupons. Upon arrival and after seeing their $99 price for synthetic oil, I let them know I would prefer the $50 regular oil change in which they responded that my car can only take synthetic oil. They get plus points for being open on Sunday and that's about it. They need to redo their system overall. I was super frustrated going here this weekend. It took 45 mts to get my car after it was already in the bay and they told me it was going to be 15 mts. Super slow...they parked my car outside after they were done and then it took another 15 mts for someone to come in and take my payment. There were others in a similar situation in the waiting room and were throwing f bombs around. I was late to an appt and kept looking at my keys on the table and was considering making a run for it. Unhappy visiting here today. I felt scammed. I called ahead and talked to a guy, Ken, and he told me my old change for my V-8 GL 450 was going to be only $99 over the phone. After my car was already getting work done on it. I saw that my quote was changed to $147 from $99 I asked the guy who was writing me up about this and he said you needed extra oil. I get that I needed extra oil but I clearly said over the phone when I called the type of car I had in the size of the engine and I was told it was still only going to be $99. I told him what the guy, Ken, told me over the phone but he still didn't help me So I couldn't take my car away because it was already starting to get work done so I was stuck paying the extra $40 I was really unhappy about this which is why I want to make sure I write this review because I was misled and felt like I was scammed and no one went out of her way to help me at this location. Lastly, which is worse, after my car was finished and I overpaid, I drove down about half a mile away and my car started smoking under the hood. Guess what it smelled like, burning engine oil. I brought it back to the guys and low and behold, engine oil was all over my intake manifold and you can see oil leaking out of the area where you pour engine oil in. Come on. First I get lied to on price quote and the guy tells me he cannot do anything to honor pricing and my car was already getting worked on so I couldnt take it.
