So, if you don't want to be seen by the cops you might want to drive on. In my case during my 1st visit we were so glad that this is the place to find the cops. We had had an accident about a 1/2 hour prior and the car was acting funny. So with car manual in hand we attempted to pop the hood and assess the damage. Luckily the cop came over to assist and called for back up a sergeant with extensive knowledge of Chryslers. It was determined that the car should go to the local dealer and we were given a police escort. When we finally left Ruston LA is was out last stop to fill up the tank on the rental -- no police assistance required.

They finally diagnosed a problem on 1/11/19. They ordered part which took another week and put it in and it still did not work. Finally towed it to Sparks Nissan and diagnosed and fixed the problem in a few days. It would still be there if we did not. I think the worst thing is the communication. There is none. This guy would never call us to give us a status. We would leave a message and get no call back. Then when you would get in touch with them they would have an attitude.
