I discovered when I went to pick up my car that the shop stated the check engine light was still going on so to the lower flaps on the front grill that they couldn't correct from their end. Being that I received a business card from Milestone Motors a few months ago that specializes in BMW auto repairs, I decided to give them a go. I figured they would tell me it wasn't under warranty and give me a fair price for whatever the repair was going to be based on what I looked up online. I was right. They did an excellent job performing a diagnostics on my car, also letting me know on other areas that were going to need my attention in the near future for repairs. Keep in mind, you will have to pay for the full diagnostics check but you will know everything that will need to be addressed in the future. I also was able at no additional charge to have my CarPlay working on my car again thanks to their review. They provide complimentary Lyft ride share to your house or work, which is very nice. They also have loaner options through Enterprise for about $35 a day if you need a car while yours is in the shop. They are flexible if you need to split up payment by different cards, etc. Jennifer who advised me on my car was clear and direct with the steps. Provided a full review of the inspection results and options for either approving or declining repairs. I have my confirmed auto shop to use outside of BMW going forward that is close enough to my house and ensure I have a fair deal on repairs as they arise.

How to Lose $529--Fast…read more Don't be me. This shop knows how to capitalize on customers who tow in expecting reasonable, or at least competitive, repair pricing--especially for a non-European vehicle. Jenny at the front desk was super friendly and helpful (she earns them the second star). She got me in right away, but I wish she had mentioned the $229 diagnostic fee when I called. It's not unheard of, but it's about double the norm. Since I had already paid $150 to tow my Jeep SRT there, I felt stuck and agreed. A few hours later, the real shock: $1,920 to replace a stock fuel pump. When I questioned the price, discounts started flying--too little, too late. I expect fair pricing from the beginning, not after I push back. So I paid another $150 to tow it out. The icing on the cake? Their upsell system flagged over $4,500 in "recommended" maintenance, including $1,178 for an oil pan gasket (despite no leaks or signs of wear) and $90 for a cabin filter. That just didn't sit right. Do better.

I was able to pull right into one of the bays and they started work on my car immediately. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Thank you to CSR John, especially; also to Harold and Jeremiah. I'd gone online to their location website before coming -- highly suggested -- and saved one of the coupons onto my phone from there. They can't stack them, however, but if you didn't go online, they also offer an aarp discount. My only quibble is that there is no air conditioning in the bay and only a couple fans. It is very hot for the working service team members as well as the customers sitting in their cars. Perhaps at least another big fan? I've made sure to give my email to get future coupons. And I'd definitely come back here in the future.

Schedule my vehicle to be worked on at this Tire Kingdom after previously taking it to this…read morelocation. We were recommended to replace the sway bar, sway bar links, and the outer-tie rods on both sides of the vehicle. Mind you, sway bars are heavy large metal rods that connect both sides of the suspension/linkage to the vehicle and is all metal; very hard to bend it or damage it. I was skeptical to say the least. We called several times to confirm the SWAY BAR needed to be replaced; yes was the answer. I will test someone's integrity and truthfulness due to the society we live in today. I painted my old sway bar in certain places to test that integrity. Upon picking up the vehicle and inspecting, the sway bar WAS NOT replaced. I confronted the service rep and asked if the sway bar or sway bar links were replaced and he stated the sway bar. A mechanic who worked on the vehicle came over and showed me the sway bar links were replaced, and stated the sway bar was not replaced. I confronted the service rep specifically and then he changed his story and said the sway bar links. I was charged for almost 3 hours of service with 2 new tires and balancing, so I'm not mad about the time charge considering removing/mounting new tires and balancing takes some time. I am mad about the sway bar stating it was replaced. It literally takes 15 minutes to change both sway bar links, if even that. I'm disappointed in the rep that he was not knowledgeable in sway bar/sway bar links and not knowing the work being replaced or just dishonesty and not wanting to admit it. Sway bar links, outer tie-rods, tires, and balancing were all good though, so well-done by the mechanic. Disappointed with the service rep.

I brought my car here because they were open on a Sunday and I had to leave on a trip the following morning. The nice lady at the front counter was able to get my car Highlander in and repair the flat within an hour - which is why they're getting at least one star from me. When the car was delivered to me, she said that the air pressure indicators would reset after driving. By the following day after driving the Highlander on my trip, the tire indicators did not reset. I checked all the tires with a pressure gauge and everything appeared fine. On several occasions, I attempted to reset the TPMS -- Tire Pressure Monitoring System. I must've tried a half a dozen times - still, the system will not reset. A few days later, I was driving by a Toyota dealership and decided to go in and ask if they could reset it for me or tell me what's going on. They were unable to reset it so they had to have a technician look at it. The technician told me that the sensor on that rear tire were the flat had been repaired had been broken. At this point being since I'm at the dealership and wanting the problem resolved - Toyota charge me $320 to put and reprogram a new sensor in that one tire (talk about highway robbery) And it would not be covered under warranty because it was damaged. The technician at Toyota advised me that since the tire had only gone down to about 26 psi that there's no way that that sensor could've been damaged - and his opinion the sensor was damaged when the flat tire was being repaired. Based on the facts, I believe that tire kingdom caused the damage of the sensor. They should at all times check the TPMS system before returning the vehicle to the customer. If something is wrong, they should take the time to figure out why the system is not resetting and advised a customer.
