With a massive delivery truck ahead of me, I was quoted a 30 minute wait before service. It ended up being less than 10. Once in place, service was a breeze: got my wife's car an oil change and new wipers in about 15 minutes. Service was friendly and efficient. In short, I was lubed in a jiffy. Can't ask for more than that! read more

Oregon required a DEQ test before you can renew your car registration. Fortunately, Jiffy Lube offers this service and it was close to my house. Its conveniently on Sandy, but there's no huge sign so drive with caution when getting near. I drove into the parking lot and before I even parked my car, a few friendly employees came out to see if I needed assistance. I was able to get my DEQ with no wait and the technicians there were extremely friendly and even interacted with my curious dogs who were sitting in the back of the car. I would recommend this location due to the extremely helpful and friendly staff. There was another car that pulled up after me that they rushed to help as well. This seems to be a well run shop read more

My car started flashing a message about low oil and I was stressed, so I came into Jiffy Lube on Sandy Blvd. The team could not have been more helpful. I didn't need an appointment, they calmly explained what was happening with my car, and then offered to top off the air in my tires when I didn't realize they were low. These guys had my car in and out in less than 20 minutes, and handled everything with kindness and a smile. David, Ethan, and Jacob - thank you for saving my Thursday! Will definitely be back with any other car care needs. read more

Taken the work truck here for the last year and a half. Last time I ever stop there, they stripped the oil pan plug and threw in a butterfly. Ended up having to get new oil pan, after installation and parts, over $1900. But hey, they discounted the oil change.... The one where they stripped the bolt. read more

Great trip all around. Believe her name was Paris, really stood out in being super friendly and helpful. Fast and great service, really no complaints here. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! If I could give less than one star, I would! I stopped for what I thought would be a QUICK oil change as there was only one other car. 20 minutes later I'm told my plug has been stripped and won't hold the oil in. I was told it was from my last oil change, also from this store. That was the last communication I got. After 55 minutes I ask what is taking so long and was verbally attacked by the technician who told me I was "entitled" and I had an attitude and when he stepped at me aggressively I just stopped talking. I've never been in fear for my personal safety while getting an oil change. At this point, all I wanted was my car out of their service bay. I know things are tough all over, but to allow any of your employees to treat any customer like that is definitely not conducive to staying in business. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! read more

This is a good little place! They're friendly, fast, and efficient. Keeps things easy!

Went in for oil and filter change. Then talked into a radiator flush, andtwo filter changes. Then they pointed out my front disc pads were shot and calipers were rusted. $800 to repair front brakes. Took my car to another car service shop and they said front pads were 60% and calipers while a bit rusted they were fine. No charge for their inspection. Moral of the story watch out for their recommendations!!! read more

Had my car over 3 years serviced at dealerships and the one time I bring it to jiffy lube my car breaks down and leaked out all the oil. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING UR CAR HERE. Unprofessional work I know why I was in and out so fast HORRIBLE service NEVER again will I let these fools change my oil!!! read more

Jiffy Lube - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Portland, Oregon

The little Jiffy Lube near 115th and Sandy Blvd are thorough, and get you in and out. Professional friendly staff and staff manager.

Jiffy Lube is my usual stop for getting my oil changed. I know they try and persuade you to purchase all sorts of stuff you may or may not need for an inflated price...but I know this going in which is my first defense. I keep going to Jiffy Lube because it's SUPER FAST. I end up going mid week right after work, I almost never have to wait. It's great! They change my oil, vacuume my car, clean the windows, and check a few of my cars other vitals. Then when they point out some things that need replacing or fixing I make a note and check for these things in other places. For example, this time around they notified me that my cabin air filter was super dirty and needed replacing. They offered to do this for me for $40. I politely declined, drove to the auto parts store and picked up a new cabin air filter that I can easily replace on my own for $6. Jiffy Lube is great at oil changes and have good customer service. Keep up the good work and I'll keep coming back every 3,000 miles or so. read more

Went there to get an oil change and they told me someone had recently driven into the pit. That means I need to let them drive my vehicle in. And the guy asking me to surrender my vehicle smells like weed. Don't surrender your vehicle to these people. They won't be covered by your insurance when they do something stupid. read more

Let me start by saying I know NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING about cars. My boyfriend had been telling me for a few weeks that I needed to get an oil change, which I had never done on my own before, and I finally got around to it today. The folks working today (I wish I had grabbed their names) were some of the sweetest and kindest people I've ever met. Man 1 explained everything I needed to know in a way that managed to get all the info across without being condescending or snobby at ALL. Man 2 was exactly the same and they both got the job done quickly, without fuss, and neither tried to sell me anything I didn't need. It sounds basic, but I felt really respected and not looked down upon, and it was really, really appreciated. read more

The one kid in here was great but the bigger guy who I would assume is some sort of manager really pushes sales. I'm a girl but I'm no idiot when it comes to cars and what an oil change entails. This guy tried to sell me on everything under the sun, even an engine flush that was I think over $100!? No thanks bud. Also, don't be condescending when customers refuse all your add on services. Take yourself to some real mechanics you can trust. I also second the other girls review on the cabin air filter, biggest rip off. read more

Don't allow them to change your wiper blades. if you let them, you better watch them closely They cracked the windshield on my husband's car while changing the wiperblades, and then they denied doing it. That's pretty bad customer service. You should get zero stars for lying. read more

Jiffy Lube - Jiffy Lube cracked my windshield:-( - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Portland, Oregon

Well for Sunday morning I made the right choice. The staff is friendly the shop is pleasant and hell The coffee is even good! Thank you to the fellas working this day, class act read more

Friendly staff on a slow day. The information they gave me about my vehicle did not jive with what I know about my vehicle and then the work order they handed me at the end had the mileage all screwed up in spite of me giving it to them three times, then checking it visually and then having a conversation with me about it saying that they got it right. So it was a good price and a job done fairly quickly but without a lot of trust from me about what they told me and the information I was given. I will not return. read more

Very kind people and a super short wait! Went in to get my DEQ test and was out in 5min!

I went to Jiffy Lube today to get my oil changed (like I have done many times before). Although they were extremely busy today, their service was still up to par with their usual quality. The employees were friendly and efficient, and they went above and beyond the call of duty to provide treats to my dog. read more

Thanks again for your help today! The service was great and they were very fast. I was able to use a coupon so I only paid $25 for a 10 minute oil change. read more

Really great service. Very fast really happy! I can't wait to get my oil changed again!

The whole team was bomb very friendly they was fast and very truthful. I will going back to this location all the time

Honestly, this location always provides the most friendly and efficient service! My husband and I drive to your specific location to have our vehicles serviced as we are loyal patrons. Thank you kindly for always providing quality service in a safe and professional environment. After nearly a decade, and a plethora of other businesses, we still only come to your location. Today, the entire shift crew was a dream; especially during a pandemic! We cannot say enough about your commitment to servitude and how much it is valued as a customer- thanks again! read more

I called to get the price beforehand and confirmed with the technician upon arrival. Once the service was performed, they charged more. When I questioned him, he said sorry he was wrong but made no effort to right the wrong. Get estimates in writing or even better go to a place that operates with integrity. read more

I needed an oil change. Chance was the guy explained how things worked and what type of the oil is recommended for my hybrid car. Jessie had a phenomenal customer service he pulled the door for us and offered the coffee. I will definitely come back again if I need any car services. There's another guy forgot his name. Baseball cap, beard, big guy, sunglasses on today 6/25/19 afternoon's shift, he helped us to key in the information correctly and making sure everything was done correctly. They were so polite and welcoming, fast, and professional. Just can't go wrong with this team. They made Jiffy Lube a great name. They definitely deserved a solid 5 star. read more

Took my car in for a simple oil change because I was traveling across county. Half way across the country I find out they broke my driver side sprayer for my wind shield wiper fluid. I also waited over a hour for them to get a new air filter for the engine, however I just did another oil change at valvoline and they informed me I didn't have an air filter. Don't go to this jiffy lube, they have poor business practices. I didn't feel comfortable the whole time I was waiting and I thought the staff was acting suspicious. I should have trusted my instinct and double checked their work, although if you run a honest business I shouldn't have to feel like I need to double check a mechanics work after they finish. They put me at risk of damaging my engine by not replacing the air filter and charged me for a service they didn't do. As well as broke my windshield washer fluid nozzle and didn't tell me. read more

I brought my Vehicle in and worked with Reggie at the crew. They got me in and out of there quickly.

This is the only place I go to to get my oil changed! The staff is always friendly and they don't pressure you into doing any services or upgrades. Also my oil changes only take a total of 20 minutes to be in and out of the door! Reggie has helped me the last few times I have been in and he's great! I would definitely recommend this place. read more

First time and love the fast and courteous service the employees smile and good skills here they don't play around with service they make good job thanks I recommend this store to everyone read more

This location is a bit out of the way for us, but it's worth the drive. Their customer service was great even though they were busy, and their advice was sometimes not in their own best money-making interest, which to me indicates honesty. Check for coupons on the Portland franchise's own website--they had a better one than the main Jiffy Lube site. read more

I hate going to get my oil changed. Hate it. I have massive anxiety about being lectured on the merits of frequent servicing, all of which I realize but am not the best at following. Also, I am well aware that the quality of service at Jiffy Lube has been widely debated, with the outlook mostly bleak, so I arrived to the Parkrose Jiffy Lube steeled for the worst. I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered that the guys at this this shop were great. The mechanic checking me in did go over some of the services that were overdue according to the manufacturer's specifications, but he did not pressure me into opting in for any additional services or push too hard on upselling me to the high-mileage oil. The best part of the visit was speaking with the two employees in the waiting room. They were not mechanics and were quite absorbed in some computer work, but they both took the time to patiently (and enthusiastically!) answer my questions about the difference between pure synthetics, synthetic blends, and high-mileage additives as well as some other random oil questions I threw their way. All in all, this was my least stressful visit to a car servicing center in recent memory, and I'll likely return for future oil changes, barring any catastrophic errors unknown as of yet. read more

Faster than the speed of light! Okay maybe not that fast but we were in and out of there in just a few minutes. Everyone was very friendly and my little car is much happier. read more

This is a pretty good location to get your vehicle serviced. The staff there are really helpful and polite. The service is usually quick and the coffee is not that bad. Wish they had dark roast coffee though. Some of the crew members have moved on and have been replaced by more competent technicians. Four stars guys. Keep it up! read more

I'm so bummed. I thought I was getting good service here but I was wrong. My friend is a mechanic & I had him look my vehicle over & he said "No more Jiffy Lube!" Someone left a tool in the engine when I got my oil changed & I they didn't fill up the coolant all the way. This really bums me out because I would've never known & it's so hard to find an honest & meticulous shop to take my vehicle to. I guess I'll just be bugging my friend from here on out. Sigh. read more

I rarely feel compelled to write reviews, especially for something as mundane as an oil change. But these guys were great! Very efficient! They had us in and out in no time, and did not try to upsell us (we are a gay couple and let's just say we have had not so great experiences at automotive services before. I am not one that expects gold star customer service at regular retail experiences (just be friendly). Thy were friendly, but jumped around to get our car door like we were pulling up to The Four Seasons! Nicely done read more

Great and fast service. Thank you' staff at JL. You guys Rock! read more

Okay, I'm having trouble writing this review for a few reasons and they are: 1.) The experience I'm recounting happened approximately five years ago. 2. I haven't been back since, so I haven't given them a chance to prove themselves again. 3.) While what happened was awful, they did fix it. So please, grain of salt and all that. In short, the story is this. I went in for an oil change (first car, first oil change, stupid teenage girl) and they drained my car but forgot to put any oil back in. I picked up my car and drove off, still wondering why the oil light was on as I stalled in the middle of Sandy and had to push my car to safety. That's the yucky bit. The nice bit is this: they sent a mechanic out to check it out, he determined the problem, got me a ride home, and within a week, Jiffy Lube had arranged and completed getting me a new engine. Yup. New engine. So kudos for customer service, I guess. Still, I'm a little gun shy. I haven't been back to a Jiffy Lube. read more
