I previously left a review that they requested me to do so I typed out a decent amount of how they did a great job, while I was there getting a oil change the workers were very friendly and polite recommending a couple things as well. One thing they recommended was a coolant/antifreeze top off and I said no because i had some in my trunk, I drive home just down the road and I finally go to use my car and my car is my life I drive to work and for work in that car and they DIDNT PUT THE COOLANT CAP BACK ON. My car overheated it the middle of rush hour on the way to work and my car started smoking and I went to Orileys and popped the hood and the cap was next to in and it smelt like burt coolant and now my check engine light is on. My wife needed an oil change, I said how about trying jiffy lube, She said our neighbor said they had a bad experience there,but I told her they are supposed to be quick and well priced.so we went I told the manager Jose we just need an oil change today So I waited outside,the next thing I know my wife said they were poking around the engine and telling her how bad her car was and they could correct the problem for $2600 dollars,I told them we have a mechanic and the car just had a tune up and all was good. They told me we needed another part and they have it stock,it sounded pricey so I called an auto part store and the same part was 40$ dollars less and we prefer to get it there,well they got very upset When I called for the cost of the oil change they told me a price that was much lower than at the shop. They told us on the phone the price includes topping off all fluids. But when my wife went to pay they were charging her extra.i told the manager Jose we just want to pay for the oil change today,he then got extremely angry so I thought it best to leave,I guessed I should have listened to our neighbor.if you decide to use jiffy lube I suggest you get the total price up front. read more

I'm getting ready for a road trip this weekend and my oil change was already overdue. I decided to try Jiffy Lube since it's so close to work rather than the larger place I usually go to. The tech Marcos and Manager Jose were so friendly and efficient. I was able to get my oil change and even my transmission service quickly. It was less costly than my regular place and I made it to work on time; there was no need to take the Lyft to and from work to pick up my car since it was completed so speedy. to any one reading this if you are just moving to vegas we have used this jiffy lube for almost ten years from the time we moved here. they had a Dynamite manager by the name (JOSE J) this guy was someone you would want to definitely have running your business.because it's all about repeat customers and word of mouth that people pass on to family and friends to go to that business we can't speak for anyone else but that was our experience for almost ten years of getting our oil changed there.However on the last couple of visits we noticed that there was a definite change in the comfort factor of doing business there and we asked Jose what's going on? He stated new management had bought it the price of a ($44.00) oil change for our car went up to almost ($100.00) also on our last trip when they were checking things on our car i spoke to a short older gentleman who was latino and when i spoke to him his answer was very cold almost like he did not want us at the business so i can only guess he was the new Manager or owner.so we called to get info on pricing today and when i asked the guy who answered the phone for Jose J he said that Jose was no longer there so when i asked did he have any idea if he went to a different location he hung up the phone in my ear.i called back and the young man i spoke with did answer my simple couple of questions i can understand they have a business to run and can't spend time to answer customer questions for long periods of time But there was no need for the rude actions and anyway with time everything changes and our time with jiffy lube has come to and end.we can no longer get ($44.00) oil changes. and the friendly feeling of wanting to do business there is over and that is sad.but ($100.00) for a simple oil change on a twenty plus year old car is beyond our pay grade.but to the old Jiffy lube we thank you for so many years of treating us in such a way that it kept us coming back.i am sure they won't miss our little monies we spent there but we wanted to tell everyone our story.Thanks read more

I went to this Jiffy Lube to get an oil change as I've been a long time customer of Jiffy Lube, though not at this location. There was no one there and their parking lot looked very run down - that should've been my first clue. As we pulled in, I asked several questions: 1) to get a synthetic oil change, which they agreed to; 2) to check our car tire pressure, which they agreed to; and 3) if they could check my car's air filters, since the car had a bad smell with the A/C - to this, they seem almost annoyed and kept saying "you recently got it changed", which is weird, because if we're paying for it to be replaced, what does that matter? They seemed very reluctant to do this part as if it was a chore to open the car up and find the correct filter. That being said, they did check my tires after several questions and prodding and replaced the filters after long questioning. I left. I went on a long car trip after this - at which we realized something was very, very wrong. The car kept making scraping noises under us which was scary! We checked under the car but didn't notice anything until we were able to stop at a different Jiffy Lube in California. We weren't able to get across the grate inside the Jiffy Lube. They told us our bottom plate was messed up and that someone at the previous Jiffy Lube must've FORGOTTEN TO TIGHTEN THE BOLTS. They were unable to do anything. We stopped by a Honda dealership who told us there was NO WAY the bolts could've "just fallen out" and that the replacement for the bottom plate was $400! Not even mentioning the labor! Imagine this - you go to Jiffy Lube who you trust to give you a synthetic oil change with no issues and suddenly you're out over $500 to fix your car. I submitted a complaint to corporate in May, to which I received no response for over two weeks - ok, I guess they don't want to claim responsibility for their error? - to which I submitted a SECOND complaint in July asking them to follow up. They sent me a generic email stating that they'll "get back to me" to which I respond again, the next week, to receive the same email. I reached out again, today, in DECEMBER - 6 months later and received the same generic email. TL;DR: Don't go here. They will forget to bolt your bottom plate. Which you can't get fixed after, because your car won't be able to go over the grates at Jiffy Lube to get it removed. And corporate won't help you either. read more

I normally take care of my own oil changes, but I'm headed out of town and don't have time. I came in for an oil change around 9:30am on a Saturday, two cars ahead of me. Finished a few minutes after 10. Friendly staff, everyone greeted me and worked quickly. No hard upsells. Carlos told me what is coming up on my maintenance schedule and offered a couple other things, but wasn't pushy about it. I left satisfied with service. There are other places in the area that advertise super cheap oil changes, but they all had long waits which cancels out any value in that (my time has value). When I have to trust someone with my car, the person shouting that they're cheap is the last one that I want. Here it seemed to range from like $40-90 for an oil change. Mine was in the middle for a sythetic blend. This Jiffy Lube is one of the good ones. I've heard horror stories about other locations, but this one has their stuff together. read more

Paid over $100 for synthetic oil change, noticed where I usually park at apt complex had large oil pools a cpl weeks later, turns out, not only was the bolt on my oil bag barely even tightened, resulting in an almost complete loss of oil after only 300 miles, my engine coolant was completely empty! and yes my printout had stated that this was full upon departing.
