Went here today for an oil change and flush for our Sonata as it has been running with the timing off and the engine light on. I'd been to Mr. Lube before where the upsell is horrifying. Madeline greeted me right away and was so friendly and personable. I was there when they opened, so they took my car in right away. She only recommended services that really needed to be completed like a transmission flush and radiator flush, both of which are way overdue. They showed me the dirty oil (our car uses oil, always has and needs engine flushes quite often). Afterward, I got to see the stick showing the oil full and clean. They also replaced a brake light, checked and topped up the fluids and made the air pressure equal in all tires. The waiting room is nice with coffee and a tv. I brought my own coffee,but would suggest they have cream available for the coffee, or I wouldn't partake. Another woman there didn't have any for the same reason. I really appreciated being able to know the total up front before they started on anything and no pressure about things that need to be done in the future. They also charge half what Mr. Lube was asking for the engine flush. The mechanics were super fast and Madeline offered such excellent customer service. An honest and friendly place to have your maintenance performed. Will be back later in the month to have the other two services performed. read more

Had my 2005 Ram in for a coolant flush. Drove it for 1 day. no heat and truck over heated. Took it back in and they said probably air bubbles. The so called tech said there were no leaks. After trying to burp the system, the tech told me the water pump was leaking. It wasnt when i went in . I ended up leaving to go to another shop which had to replace water pump. Never had an issue before i went to Jiffy Lube. They refused to pay for the new water pump. totally un professional place. Please DO NOT go to jiffy lube. They rip people off . I will never be going back. read more

I went there and they wanted to rebuild my truck. Needed wipers, oil flush, rad flush, air filter. I said "no just change the oil" Went here this year and didn't try to upsell at all. 2 days ago I went for oil change to this location. I come here regularly and am satisfied but now the oil leaks, leaked on my driveway all night and I come back, the manager checked the amount of oil and agreed that there is some leak. At least they will check what is the problem. I drove to this place so frustrated that my cars engine would get messed but let's see what is going to happen. Will keep u posted. read more

Lier. They told me they can change oil for $16 in the phone. When I show up in their shop, all options that they gave me starts from $50. Don't ever go there. read more

Not feeling very impressed with this Jiffy Lube. I took my car here to get an oil change which I've done lots of times. This time though it was not good. They changed my oil while I waited in the main waiting area. It took the normal length of time, they asked me if I wanted a new air filter and a top-up of windshield wiper fluid. I took the top up of fluid but not the air filter. I paid and drove away (the guys there were super friendly, btw), BUT not long after, my car started overheating! I had no idea what was going on and got my friend to look under the hood since I had no idea what I was looking at. The Jiffy Lube forgot to reattach some tube and placed it somewhere that it jammed up my cooling fan and overheated my car and ruined the fan. When I called and told them what happened, they did refund me my oil change and paid to replace the fan and apologized so I was happy about that, but it was pretty inconvenient at the time! I doubt I will go back here because I don't feel they are overly trustworthy. read more

If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. I've never been to Jiffy Lube before, and I needed my winter tires put on. I called ahead and asked how that would work, and was told to show up, wait in line, and they'd get it done for me. I showed up and waited 2 hours (which is absolutely fine - they told me it would take that long). The problem is they couldn't swap my tires, because the hoists they have aren't compatible with my car. I drive a 2007 Altima and have never had this problem at 3 other mechanics. The real problem here is the response they gave when I questioned why they didn't tell me up front they couldn't help me, rather than wasting 2 hours of my time - they said they can't tell until they get the car in and try getting it on the hoist. So a nation wide company can't perform quality assurance testing of the equipment in their facilities and come up with a list of incompatible cars, to avoid situations like this? Give me a break. How hard would it have been to crank this out the old school way with a jack in the parking lot, given the fact that their equipment isn't up to the job? That was not offered to me. And nothing was done to take my feedback to make a change for the next person who has this experience. Customer Experience is not a focus for Jiffy Lube. I denied the coupons for a discount oil change offered to me as I will not be coming back and will actively recommend competitors to friends and family. read more

We were directed to this establishment for DriveClean Emissions Test by the Ontario Government website and was treated horribly. After directing me into the bay and having me shut off my car (by two different techs) I was then told I would have to restart my car and move it but before I could continue I was directed to wait in their waiting area and surrender my vehicle with the keys (again by two techs). I complied and once I was in the waiting area, one of the two techs jumped inside and started and moved my vehicle while the second tech seemed to be working with the computer. A third tech walked past me, entered an office area and after speaking with someone told me they were unable to perform ANY tests on the vehicle because they didn't have the necessary comparison standard gas in stock! When I inquired when they would be able to perform the necessary testing, I was told "I don't know". I inquired if there was some way to check (or someone to check with) and the tech returned to the office and I was immediately greeted by the Assistant Manager (Sean) who was unable to answer even the simplest questions in ANY satisfactory manner. He apparently was happy for me to return but unable to offer a date that the tests couldbe completed. He couldn't answer why the tech moved my vehicle when NOTESTS were being performed and gave conflicting answers to several of my questions. Obviously this establishment operates with little or no leadership and is wholly unprepared to perform the routine testing that the government pays them to complete and seems overstaffed if they require four individuals to do NOTHING, including answer a few simple questions. Maybe they are great at oil changing but their customer service skills are poor or completely lacking. read more
