For weeks, I had been trying to figure out what was causing the check engine light on my van. I…read moretook it to autozone, advance, O'Reilly's, and each code came out different. One said it was the MASS Airflow sensor, another said it was the PCV Valve, and one said it was the van's computer and that I'd likely need to order a new one. The problem was that I changed the Mass airflow sensor previously and knew that wasn't it. Also knew it wasn't the pvc valve. The computer was the only one I thought it could be and I was worried because that's a costy project. But I still wasn't certain. I considered taking it to a Ford dealership to have them run a diagnostic, but after finding out they wanted $130 just to look at it, I decided against. I found Witts from a suggestion from a lady at O'Reilly's and boy am I glad I took her advice when I asked if she knew any good honest mechanics. After running a diagnostic, they determined it was likely just a vacuum hose leak and then they ran a smoke test. Turns out it was just my gas cap that needed replaced! I highly recommend Witts for any work done you need on your vehicle. They're real good folks that'll treat you right.

Paid $75 for a tow to Martin Automotive only to have Joey not even touch our vehicle. I have all…read morethe text messages to prove how untruthful he was to me. Claiming he was working to get our power steering pump replaced stating it needed a serpentine belt that he ordered and was waiting on. Then wouldn't answer phone calls. I specifically told him we were on our way to Orange Beach and needed it fixed ASAP. He said he could get it done it a couple hours and send us on our way. Only to try and put us off till the next day. I had to pay for an Uber to go and get my van and drive it with bad power steering pump to save the rest of our family vacation. When I got to his place he wouldn't answer the door. He had his uncle give excuses why he hadn't touched our vehicle. My family lost an entire days vacation time in this situation.
