Jiffy Lube - The pledge you can trust - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Edgewood, Washington

Went in for an oil change and I only had one car in front of me. Took them one hour to finish the car in front of me while I was waiting in my car with it off. Pulled in to get my oil change and everyone in there was giving me dirty looks and they just started changing my oil without ever talking to me about what I needed. Very horrible service. Will not be coming back read more

Visited them this Friday - really fast service, friendly staff, low prices, no upselling and fair. Lorenzo the team leader is really nice to work with. Will come again! read more

Their team got me in and out right away. I was really impressed with how the team worked like a unit to take care of my Versa. There was also no pushback when I politely declined the up charges. Less than 30 min for an oil change AND tire rotation. I'll be coming back. read more

Brought my husband's car in for an oil changed and was immediately greeted by a very nice gentleman. There were 3 of them working today and each one were nice & friendly. Service was quick and they were detailed about what was done. My first time here and won't be my last. This will be my go to place for oil changes from now on! Great customer service and office was very clean. Thank you gentlemen! read more

Nice friendly staff, prompt and has done a good job so far from the last oil change. Visit was quick overall - checked lights, filter, engine, quick wipe down under the hood and some other stuff (not a mechanic so i really don't know). But relative to other places before, they did a good job. This place gets busy after work hours though..like hours wait so it shows how reliable they are with that much business so it's best to come during off peak hours. Also the line for the coffee place blocks the entrance. If its obviously empty/slow, just drive through the exit side(opposite direction of the coffee line to circumvent the unneeded wait. read more

I have had oil change trauma the last few years living in Federal Way...after moving to Milton, we found a local Jiffy Lube. The entire COVID oil change experience is much better than I expected. I was greeted by Helaina (pron Hel-ayna), very nice and super efficient! The manager, Lorenzo, was extremely helpful and moved things along to make this my new Go To for our family vehicles, we have 3. Happy all the way around! read more

Went in yesterday to get my oil changed, they also checked my tires for me and everything was fine. I've had my car for less than a year and have had it checked before and there have been are no issues and, suddenly this morning, not even 24 hours after they check my tires, one of them has really low air pressure. Went straight home after getting them checked yesterday. No bumpy roads, no hit curbs, no temperature changed. Just my first time taking this car to jiffy lube. read more

The service at this Jiffy Lube became painfully slow. They used to be quick in and out. I came here primarily due to them being quick. Lately however, things take forever. I see their employees spending more time cleaning windows and vacuuming inside cars, walking people to and from the office, etc than actual oil change. I wish the store goes back to basics-fast service. Took almost 2 hours for last oil change-two cars outside the bay when I pulled up. read more

Seth, Zo, and Mark were efficient, friendly, and quick with the service. I was able to pull right up and be in and out in under 15 minutes. They made a reasonable recommendation, of which I accepted, and I was thankful not to feel pressured into anything. Happy with my service, so close to my house too- will be back! read more

I've been taking my personal car and work van here for 4 years. High quality work every time, in and out, and always professional. Seth and his crew know what to do. read more

Predatory business!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. My 17 year old daughter went to get her oil changed. She was calling me everytime they returned to tell her more services they could do. They offered a tire rotation that she accepted then they said she should do an engine flush as her oil was thick. They explained all you need is a special solution. She called me again asking I flushing the engine was easy to do. I said no not really a thing you do at home. That's something they do. I asked her if she was quoted a price and if she approved the service. She said no price was given, she was just told the name of the solution. I asked did you say yes she said No. I told her as jiffy lube has a horrid history with this kind of thing, my guess is when he returns he is going to charge you for it. So if he does call me. Of COURSE he did exactly that. I called the location and asked to speak with the Manger or owner. I believe he said his name was Lorenzo, I explained my issue and he tried to lie and say he quoted a price AND she approved the service. I asked if he had cameras in his lobby. He said yes. I said I tell you what.....I will come in after work and we can go sit in your office and watch the camera....IF you did quote and get approval I will pay for it and in addition would appologize for my accusation. He again tried to say, well I'm not gonna charge her so I don't understand what it is you want. I AGAIN said, I want to know if my daughter approved the service....so let's watch the cameras and settle this. He then claimed well I don't have any dvr of them because my safe was stolen with the dvr. Funny you didn't mention that from the start sir. As a manager of a business when a customer asks do you have cameras, that would be the time to advise that there was no camera FOOTAGE...yet you say nothing until you're trapped into showing your predatory business tactics. He is a liar and a cheat!!!! They pray on those thar are not mechanically knowledgeable. It's disgusting! Be careful at this location! read more

Went in for just a normal oil change like usual and drove away also getting my coolant flushed and some good education on when you should flush your coolant. Thank you Lorenzo and your team for being personal and informative and to Seth for taking good care of me. Hands down most thorough experience I've had at Jiffy Lube and an expectation that others should set. Being "Fast" doesn't have to diminish the quality of the interaction. read more

Lorenzo and the team were awesome. I'm and out efficiently. They didn't try to sell me items I don't need which builds trust and makes me more likely to return. Well done! read more

Took my girlfriends car here awhile ago to get a routine service done. They were very nice but wish service was faster

Lorenzo and Brian are organized, timely, and professional. It is clear they have great technical knowledge about the vehicles and the products they sell and install and even better customer service skills. I'll be returning to this store because I appreciate the passion they have for their work and I trust them with my vehicle. read more

Every time I have pulled up to this place, every single Crew Member has been very friendly, they listen to what I have to say, they answer all my questions and are very efficient with their time! Shout out to Zo, Seth, and Lorenzo - they are typically the people I see the most and are all great! read more

I am a senior who doesn't hear well. I couldn't hear or respond to the techs questions through his mask. He became irritated and yelled his questions which did not help. I paid $61.69 for the oil change compared to $47.34 a year ago at the same location. Last time I got my windows cleaned and the car vacuumed This time, with the new drive-thru service, I didn't get those services. It seemed to me that I paid a 23% higher cost for an inferior, discourteous service. Basically the service I received was to suck the oil out of my car engine and put new oil in all for a higher price. Next time I will go to a Ford dealer where I will get courteous service, an explanation of results and a car wash. read more

Christian at the Edgewood Jiffy Lube is awesome! My headlight bulbs on my car are difficult to put in but Christian got right in there and completed it with ease. Shout out to his manager, Lorenzo, too. Great team, great service! read more

I usually like going to my dealership for an oil change, but put it off too long, am traveling soon and needed it done NOW. That being said, I pulled into the Milton/Edgewood Jiffy Lube and was greeted immediately by Mark. He got me checked right in while Lorenzo and Lorenzo (yes, there are 2!) started to work on my truck. As they yelled out "checks" to each other ("Gasket on?" CHECK! "Oil cap replaced?" CHECK!), they washed my windows, smiled, and made friendly chit chat with me. I was in and out in a couple of minutes and their "check" system made me feel extremely confident. Upon leaving, Lorenzo the Manager thanked me for coming in and gave me a $10 discount. This was definitely 5-Star service! The only reason I rated 4 stars was price. Even with discount, was still pretty spendy, but if you like thorough, fast service with a friendly smile, I would highly recommend! read more

Great customer service & respectful team & quick service! Store manager was very knowledgeable & helpful. Will definitely come here again!

Very efficient and thorough service. Lorenzo and Seth were very upbeat and fast. This is my second time going to this Jiffy Lube and it is a wonderful, relaxing, and trustworthy place for an oil change. read more

Love the service! Quick and with COVID I feel like a race car driver pulling in for a pit stop

Wow! What incredible service! They could tell I was in a little bit of rush and got me in and out in 15 minutes! They were very friendly and not once did they try to upsell me on something I didn't really need, which happens at most car service places. They vacuumed my carpets and cleaned my windows for me in such a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone in the Edgewood area. They were efficient and effective. read more

First, the good. Friendly technicians, great customer service, fast moving once my car was in the bay. Next, the bad. I arrived at around 4:30 on a Tuesday with one car ahead of me (already being worked on). After being was checked in, I was told it would be around about a 25 minute wait. Fine. 20 minutes later, my car still isn't in the bay. The worker apologized for the wait and said they were having an issue with the vehicle in front of me, hence the extra time. I ended up waiting for about 50 minutes total. Not a huge deal, just slightly annoying. After my car was done, my keys were filthy when they gave them back to me (grease I presume). I pointed this out, and the tech quickly cleaned them for me, which I appreciated. I think what really bothered me was the fact that the exterior of my white car was COVERED in grease and black hand marks on the truck, hood and doors, which I unfortunately didn't notice until later. Now, to be fair, these men are dirty and they are working really hard, so mistakes like this are unavoidable. I just wish there was a little more attention to detail and that they could have cleaned up the mess. Other than that, this was an OK experience overall. read more

Had to stay in vehicle which was kind of enjoyable. Did another great job. Convenient. Close to home. Lorenzo and Helaina were professionals and nice. Would highly recommend. read more

Always had a great experience here and I've been taking my cars there for years. Definitely always on the slow side but always received great service! read more

Last minute errand at the end of the night, Mr. Seth and team were very efficient and professional on helping me get an oil change. I recommend this business. read more

I came in for an oil change and engine flush, they did a great job letting me know about the services and prices beforehand. All the staff was friendly, polite and knowledgeable! The services were done efficiently and with great quality! Seth, Lorenzo and Za were fantastic! read more

Knowledgeable, kind and informative. I felt like they knew what they where doing and got me in and out quick. Nice job by management

Place is clean and professional for a jiffy lube . The staff team here are very very professional and knowledgeable about cars

Always a great experience they are quick and very friendly! Even on Saturdays when its extremely busy they are still very helpful and nice.

Very fast service and affordable basic oil change. They now offer a base oil change for $29.99. This doesn't include all the fancy extras like the window cleaning and carpet vacuuming but all I wanted was a oil change with fast service and I got it. You can expect they will try to sell you on a few upgrades but if you don't feel you need it just politely decline. In the past if I was getting multiple things done I've haggled with the price to get a better deal. read more

They were able to change a light bulb I had found impossible and the gal working the desk was very professional and nice to talk with. However, the pull in rules seem to change with each trip and sometimes it takes 20 minutes and other times an hour and I am usually only 1 of 2-3 cars. The lobby is clean and they had a kid friendly movie playing (considering I have no kids but appreciate kids that are not causing chaos I appreciated this a great deal). read more

I have taken two of my cars here and my Toyota mini van after a couple months I popped the hood to find my oil filler cap was missing. They went to get one and when they returned they replaced one of the employees oil filler cap on their own vehicle and gave me their old one. Today I looked under my 2010 Lexus GX to see something hanging down and I found it was the oil drain plug access panel that was hanging by one bolt that was half way out and the other was no where to be found. Thankfully I found a replacement bolt at Lowes and tightened everything down. read more

This was the closest Jiffy Lube so I headed over. I was excited to see no wait. However this quickly changed to me wished I had picked somewhere else. The technician who seemed to be running the show was curt to say the least. In the time it took to change my oil, I heard him curse multiple times. Mind you, I was one of three cars the entire time I was there so I do not understand why he felt the need to curse and scream so frequently. I stayed in the car during my service but he put his hand inside my unrolled window which made me very uncomfortable. He tried to convince me to get synthetic oil and was upset when I pointed out that my old '99 minivan doesn't take synthetic oil. He also tried to convince me that I didn't need an oil change due to the last record they had of me coming in, but that was only for a fluid top off and I had to be adamant that I did in fact need an oil change in order for him to preform the service. Due to being in the system, I assumed he could see my car was part of a fleet. He went to charge my card and I asked if my price included the fleet discount just to double check, he seemed completely surprised and then cursed as he walked away "to check". He then came back and tell me my car wasn't in the system as a fleet. I know it is due to having no issues in the past at other Jiffy Lube locations but at that point I was just desperate to get out of there. I will not be returning to that location and will drive out of my way now to avoid it. read more

Quick service, drove right in and was immediately assisted by Erin who was friendly and positive. Lorenzo and Seth made sure that all my lights, tires, and fluid levels were at acceptable levels for my vehicle. The oil change was quick and all provided exceptional service and positive communication. I will be back. read more

As always , the crew was friendly and had Me back on the road in 30 ish mins. I did notice that my carpet was not vacuumed. I no longer expect it to be but on this visit the kid who checked me in (Sabre?) asked if I wanted it vacuumed and I said yes. Final checked also missed it. Don't ask if your not gonna do it. read more

Lorenzo did a great job! I was in and out, Lorenzo was super helpful and friendly. I will definitely be returning to get my next oil change!

These guys were rude, unprofessional with lousy service. They didn't have the parts I needed. NEVER GOING BACK - TO ANY JIFFY LUBE - let alone this one. The guy who claimed to be the manager was an unresponsive clown. read more
