When I did I told the obvious part-time employee that there was virtually no soap used and he stated that someone had damaged the soap dispenser and that they had not fixed it - this was after he advised there would be a minimum $50 re-instatement fee if I changed my mind and that yet another (second since I had joined) price increase was coming and that I would have to pay the higher price if I re-joined - all after he admitted the process was broken. I feel it takes a lot of nerve to ask for fees and increase costs when you can't even perform the basic function being paid for.

As soon as I walked in, the older fellow practically jumped on me and asked me if I was the one bringing it in for a sound in the back --I said yes-- and it was a dealbreaker-- if it couldn't be fixed, we were weren't taking the van. He was very animated and told me that that person (pointing to a man) and that person (pointing to someone else) both took it out and couldn't hear anything at all so YOU are going to take one of them with you and show them what it is you're talking about. He was playing big man with all the technicians in the room. I said sure-let's go-who's coming. A very nice man came with me- as soon as we were on the road, he heard it. I pulled over so that he could sit in the back and determine where it was coming from. Turns out it was a speaker that was loose and rattling. It was in between panels so it wasn't obvious to the eye. I picked up the FIXED van and told him he wasn't ever to speak to me like that again. I've never been spoken to that way- like I was a fruitloop and crazy. I won't be taking my vehicles there anymore if that how I can expect to be treated. Not ever again.

The problem is that my son had went in for a simple oil change and ended up having a bill over $240.00 on a vehicle that he just purchased a few weeks ago, which by the way had been safety and everything on it was check and good to go..... My son asked for an oil change (which by the way was on a membership i had purchased a few months ago to get a better rate) When he asked for this simple oil change the individual had told him that he needed to get this done and that done, my son declined saying no he didn't want it done even saying he wasn't sure he would be able to pay that amount....more pressure came when the worker told him " you want to be safe, you don't want anything to happen to your vehicle when you leave here" Now imagine, an 18 year old, first car, first oil change and someone is basically saying if you don't get the work done you might not be safe" what do you think he did? He was threatened or basically pressured, or even worst scared into getting this work done.... worst service ever! I get that there are things you should inform the buyer on while getting the oil change especially things you see that may need repair but we need to keep in mind that we still are the customer and have the right to decline, keeping in mind the customer you are serving Thanks, FYI still waiting for a call from the owner, now 2 weeks ago that this incident happened!!!!!
