Very thorough and helpful as always! Very speedy and reasonably priced. This is the only place I'll be returning to for car maintenance.

Without expecting it to be done, the manager Kevin did an incredible job on the brakes for my Lexus. I watched him work like a demon when he discovered new calipers needed to be installed. He was able to get the correct parts & complete all the work on a Saturday. I would highly recommend them, & will definitely be returning for my next oil change and/or any other maintenance. read more

I've lived in Ayer for about a year and I'm glad to have such a convenient and friendly shop close by. Every time I go here, the work is quick and well done. Even when they're busy, I've never waited long! The staff educates you on what is upcoming on your car in terms of services you'll need, but they're not pushy. I feel like I'm able to make educated decisions on my own car. I'll definitely keep coming here for regular services. read more

Just had my oil changed with Kevin and it was a really pleasant experience. For one, I was able to stay in my car while they did the work, which was done in 15 mins. Kevin also gave me some tips on what can be wrong with my heater. Something that my dealership has not been able to diagnose yet. I'd recommend coming back. read more

Great location!! Swung by after work and was pleasantly greeting by Jess and the crew. I am very grateful that they offer so many services but don't feel the need to jam in down our throats. No hard sell here and it is appreciated. Had them do the usual oil change and rotate my tires. The crew was very meticulous and professional. Work was done in a timely matter including vacuuming the interior. read more

Very fast service and helpful. Grateful to have somewhere reliable in town to go with consistent service.

I work in Devens and this is my go-to place when my work vehicles need an oil change. Always a positive interaction with the staff!

Have you ever felt ripped off after getting your vehicle serviced? I have - several times. Last year I got an oil change from the dealership and they did not put enough oil in it. I did not notice until about a week later, when my jeep started running extremely bad. I made it to my friends house and her husband checked my oil to find if it was almost dry. No more going to the dealership for expensive oil change that takes two hours, for me anymore. Since then, I have gone to Jiffy Lube, where I can see them put the oil in. They also always have coupons and I am never they are more than 20 minutes. Today I went to Jiffy Lube in Ayer. The other locations were good but this location was great. I never thought I would be writing a review over an oil change. The manager Kevin went above and beyond. I told him the oil change was being done on my daughter's vehicle, who just got her license. Within just a few minutes he went over over everything with me, in detail. Apparently the mechanic we took it to, that was supposed to have gone through it with a fine tooth comb, replaced the radiator but did not put coolant in the radiator....or flush it. Thank you Kevin! He also found a couple other things that need to be done. Wish I could get everything done there. Luckily, he said they were going to be offering myore services, by the end of the summer. What a great, trustworthy guy. He filled the coolant and the price was just over five dollars. I will be referring all my family there . read more

Quick and great right up until the end of the day. I always arrive just before they close because I work crazy hours and they are professional and very nice. Always coming back read more

They don't have oil or air filters they can wash your windshield barley tho All done here been going to jiffy lube for 20 yrs but they just don't carry oil and air filters anymore SMH jiffy lol read more

I've always liked a Jiffy Lube. I needed an oil change - I could smell something was off with my car (I was long overdue to have the fluids looked at). They took care of me - it was a lot of work that I needed done on it, and it was expensive, but the manager hooked me up with a few little coupons. Every bit helps. Took a long time, but that was to be expected; I had a lot that needed to be looked at including having the tires rotated, etc. They took good care of me - left a stain on my front seat which kinda stinks. I told them not to worry - I'll clean it myself. So, aside from the stain and the expense, everything else was fine. read more

Quick service, however was looking for a tire rotation and the lift was inoperable. Other than that it was great service.

I had a very good experience at this Jiffy Lube location! During these times, they had us sit in our cars during the service. The staff was very friendly and updated me during the entire process. My tires were filled, I was notified of possible issues they they found with my vehicle. I was out in less than 20min! I'll probably return next time I need any services! read more

I was very disappointed by the customer service I received today.I felt so helpless after spending my little hard earned money.I could not get the CSA to explain anything to me regarding what he was doing, There were no mileage stickers given at the end of the service. I had to be the one pleading for them,I understand due to Covid19,there is scarcity, but do tell. I miss Jessica and crew at this location, always made one feel welcome. read more

I had a great experience at the Ayer Jiffy line. Staff was friendly and polite and they took great care of my car. Got some great advice from them as well. read more

I've been twice. Both times as I waited in the waiting room I could hear the associates in the shop bad mouth my decision in oil type, the make and model of my car and the fact that I choose to smoke in my car. It was embarrassing. They tried to talk me into a 100$ oil change and then they made fun of me for not choosing synthetic. It was funny how clearly I could hear them talking in the shop because when the associate came back in to bill me I could barely understand her as she slurred through her script. She needs to slow down when talking or puts some effort into diction. read more

Came in for a late night oil change, they were fast courteous and told.me anything I may need with zero pressure. Massssssivee improvement over coming here five years ago read more

I went for an oil change and it was SO fast! The guys were super nice and Informative. I was done in less than 10 minutes. I had kids with me and they were great due to quickly the oil change was. The price was a little high in my opinion but I still may go back for the efficiency. read more

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with jiffy lube! I come here every time my vehicle needs an oil change and they are fantastic. The price, the customer service, the help and experience is all above satisfactory. They go above and beyond for their customers and it shows! read more

I went to Ayer just for a oil change nothing else, I think $140 for a oil change is a little expensive, and 40 minutes from the time they started is Long time considering a car pulled in 15 minutes after me and he was was done at the same time as me. I heard the manager telling the customers b4 me bring another car back within 10 days and get $10 off, that was not offered to me.. This place is a rip of, I will never go back Should of went to the place down the street, Tried calling jiffy lube headquarters, they don't answer the phone read more

Not very "jiffy." I was told that I would wait 35 to 40 minutes, and I've been waiting for an hour and my car still isn't done. No one has touched my car for the past 20 minutes, and they tried to upsell me on everything, even services that I know I don't need! If I'm paying $45.00 for a simple oil change, I at least expect it to be faster than this. Will not return. read more

I visited the jiffy lube in Ayer, for a regular oil change. Richard who came up to my car didn't greet me, and just said "what are we doin?" I said "just a regular oil change." He then just walked away. There was drilling go on under my car for a good 20 min, I asked Richard what this noise was, because I had never heard it before during an oil change. He said "well they do it every time!" And walked away. Greg, then walked over and told me the amount, I said, "how did you know what lol to use? Nobody ever asked me what kind?" He argued back and forth about three times that Richard told him, I said I wanted synthetic" which was untrue! Richard NEVER asked me. They both then stood in front of my car talking about me, and the situation, which was so unprofessional! Finally, when it was time for me to leave, I pulled out, and Greg screamed "HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!" Super loud and passive aggressive! I will never be returning because of those two gentlemen. read more

I've tried a bunch of quick lube shops and have found jiffy lube to be the most comfortable experience with the best service. They know their stuff and don't pressure you to buy stuff you don't want. Tell me what my car needs and let me decide. That's what they do. The shop in Ayer is my go-to recently. They're good guys and listen when I ask about discounts, etc. I got my oil changed today and the manager helped me navigate the sometimes tricky rebate process and gave me coupons for my next visit. read more

Highly recommend! I walked in for an oil change, and they took me right away. Fast and friendly service.

I have had my oil changed at this Jiffy Lube for years without incident. They do a quick job and have never used hard sale techniques to get me to do anything other than what I have already stated I wanted done. Great management! read more

I asked for just an oil change and that was all, when my car was done they had my bill at $65.00 because they decided to do the most expensive oil change, the signature service. My oil was changed, but I asked for $35 dollar and was charged for a $65.00 service. Not coming back. read more

I took my wife's ten year old Toyota with 187k miles for an oil change and since she had a$10 coupon, i went to Jiffy Lube. Due to COVID, of course, I stayed in the car and everyone was masked. I presented my coupon and said just an oil change, knowing the filters etc were fine. When finished the technician took my card and coupon and said my receipt would be emailed. No email ever came. They sent it to an email address that doesn't exist! And when my wife checked the bank this AM, we were shocked to find that we'd been charged 68.21 after the coupon...for an oil change! (We don't even pay that at the dealer!). My wife immediately went down and she was told that they had used synthetic oil. We informed them we've never used synthetic oil and their reply was that it was the manufacturer's recommendation. Balderdash! I bought that car ten years ago at Acton Toyota and they didn't recommend it and we' e never used it and at 187K it seems just fine. My wife was told that the only way they'd even consider a refund was if they drained all the oil. At this point we didn't even want them touching the car. A man, appearing to be the manager or at least the highest ranking person on duty, wouldn't even speak with her but kept whispering to the technician what to say. My wife left. We're contesting the charge with our bank and we've written a complaint to corporate and on Yelp. I offer this to those if you looking for a place to get your oil change. Forewarned is forearmed. read more

Service was great, to the point and no pressure. I went for an oil change and they checked several key components. Offered addition services again with no pressure. The guys in the garage were personable. I would recommend and had a good experience. I dealt with Drew. read more

Jiffy Lube is just indescribably terrible. They literally ruined my wife's nearly brand new F450 pick-up truck by putting the wrong oil filter on, and installing that oil filter incorrectly as it was. They claimed that they actually put the correct filter on, but just wrote down a different one on the printout, which was obviously a complete and utter lie since our mechanic inspected the vehicle, saw the wrong filter and saw that it had been put on improperly. How hard is it to put on an oil filter? Despite finally acknowledging it was their fault, having no reason to deny it whatsoever, they've been continually going out of their way to avoid paying for the damages. Either not answering calls, responds to e-mails (from us or are lawyer), or when they do respond, asking additional questions seeking some way they might be able to weasel their way out of paying for what they are liable for. One of the last questions was why my wife was hauling horses with her pick-up truck, nevermind that it was specifically purchased for that reason and that reason was discussed with the deal when it came time to purchase a new truck, is completely rated to haul such a weight, and has been properly modified to attach the goose-neck horse trailer my wife hauls, and did not have an issue until Jiffy Lube got their hands on it. Seriously, don't patronize Jiffy Lube at all. There's a better oil change operation just 1/2 a mile down the road from this one. read more

HANDS DOWN THE WORSE PLACE EVER!!!!!! I only went there because it was convenient but every time I go the staff tries to be sneaky and upgrade my oil change by wording it differently when it is something I never wanted to begin with. Luckily I am cautious and they never got away with it... Until I had a family member do it for me because I was busy and they scammed me! He told them to get the usual one, which is 39.99 the one I always get but they snuck in an extra charge that was never asked. This place is awful, and the last time I went one of the workers made an insulting comment & was very discriminating towards women. Whatever happened to the management is just straight out TERRIBLE! I would never recommend this place & I shall never waste another penny to this scumful business. Go the extra mile and travel else where... Because there is nothing good there. read more

WHAT A RIP OFF!!. over charged , did stuff I did not ask for , $100 for an Oil change. Steer clear of this place. $10.00 f WHAT!!! read more

I've been going here for years, and the place has really gone downhill over time. This is the closest Jiffy Lube to where I grew up, and where I currently live, and they do an absolutely shit job every time lately. I will not go back again. The last two times I've gone there they have not even vacuumed my floor. I had an engine light go on after going that I had to go to a mechanic about because they didn't connect the air filter back correctly. I wasn't looking for anything special, it's been my go-to oil change place when I don't go to the dealer for regular service... but no more. Stay away, as far away, as you possibly can. read more

I had a terrible experience here. Brought my 10 year old Toyota in,asked for a plain oil change,no filters ,nothing else and I had a $10 coupon. Because of COVID stayed in the car. The clerk said receipt would be emailed. Receipt never came. Sent to a nonexistent address. Found I was charged $68 (that's after the discount). When we disputed, were told that they had used synthetic oil.(we've NEVER used synthetic oil and didn't ask for it). They claimed it was the manufacturer's recommendation which is hogwash. They wouldn't consider a refund without draining the oil they'd put in. At that point, I didn't want them touching my car. The "manager" wouldn't even speak directly to us but kept whispering in the technician's ear. Never got a refund. We're contesting the charge with our bank. We'll never never never go here again. Avoid the Jiffy Lube in Ayer at ALL COSTS...and believe me, it will cost more than you ever imagined for a simple oil change. read more

Great service, very fast and efficient. Good job, I will definitely be coming to this location from now on. Thank you!

Great guys, fair prices, fast service. Can't go wrong. No connection to them except that I keep coming back.
