I have been coming to this location for many years and have always had great service. The team of…read moretechs I encountered today were the most rude and inconsiderate I have encountered for a long time. When checking my tire pressure, they messed up two of the valve stems and could not get them fixed. I had to take my truck to a tire center and spend extra money for replacement. In addition, a woman was waiting in the lot for at least 10-15 minutes. When she came inside to inquire why she hadn't been allowed to bring her car in, she was rudely told that it was because she hadn't pulled up far enough. No one went to greet her or let her know. She explained that she didn't know and wondered why the guys didn't greet her and let her know. The technician then escape very irate and started yelling at the poor woman. Eventually he even threatened to call the police if she didn't leave. This woman was respectful and did absolutely nothing wrong. It's a real shame. This business lost 2 customers today in a span of 5 minutes.
