He showed up the day we called and looked very carefully at everything for about an hour, before finding the root of the problem. So thankful he kept digging, he didn't try and put a band aid on the issue at all, he found the mail culprit. Turns out it wasn't anything over complicated, but the thermostat was the main issue. We had a google nest to install and once he heard about that he got excited and highly encouraged us to install it and he helped us as well. He was raving about how great they are and that you can't find a better thermostat out there. So, me not being very handy asked for his help and he installed it for us and walked me through the app. Ron was very patient as well as I had some work emergencies during his visit that left me unable to communicate with Ron. He waited probably a good 30 mins for my emergencies to be over before we could continue with the app installation of the next. But Ron fixed it, 24 hours before we were sleeping with 93 degree house and as many fans and windows open as possible and then we were sleeping with all windows closed and in 70 degree temps in the house, it was awesome and we are thankful for Ron's help on this and he is licensed as well.
