Charlie reached out to me, I told him my son needed a very large but dead tree to be cut down and the stump to be grinded out. He came out later that day, was very polite, respectful (I only say that as most men doing business with women, are not), he looked over the tree, we negotiated a fair price (with my son on the phone) and he said I would be his last job the following day & he would text me when they were on the way. On Wednesday, I got a text around 3pm, his crew arrived and then Charlie arrived and everyone got to work. It was completely amazing how quickly his crew got this large, dead tree down, loaded in their trailer, they cleaned up the mess and were gone in about 50minutes.
