Riz booked us the best driver, Bradley, and all the moms felt extremely happy and safe with the experience. This was not an easy group of moms to please either. He kept in communication with us, updated us with any changes, and got the kids safely from point A to point B which we were thrilled about. Not only did she help me decide what vehicle would work best, she DECORATED it with my favorite colors and beautiful balloons! The extra time and effort was so appreciated and it made everything that much better. Rachel stayed in contact with me from the time I booked to the day after the event to check in and see how everything with. She answered all of my questions, was super responsive and attentive, and was just such a lovely person to work with and chat to. It was such an above and beyond and personable experience - I saved her number in my phone as "Rachel Bus Boss"! Our driver Rosalyn was the best - such good vibes, kept us safe and was super attentive and made sure we were all having a good time. I wish I had more (and better) photos but I was just having the time of my life! :) I'll definitely be booking with them for any of my future party bus etc. needs, and you should too. I used their service once for a one way ride to LAX for a business trip…read more I honestly thought I reserved a multi-passenger shuttle because the price was not as high as I'd been quoted by others. The driver arrived on time and communicated with me as they were approaching and we were immediately on our way. The ride was great I think because the driver understand how to drive with a passenger. Unlike the majority of my experience with Uber, who are not "professional" drivers. I was able to catch a nap as a result. I don't often, not drive myself to LAX, but they gave me pause for their professionalism, courtesy and price.

I could not more highly recommend them, we only use them for our car service.

We used to utilize In Style Transportation for every trip and always appreciated their punctuality…read more However our last drive to the airport was unsettling to say the least. Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. John repeatedly cut us off while talking, multiple times, to continue discussing details about other clients of the company. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John was casually disrespectful by interrupting our private conversation as well only to discuss what was interesting to him, and even when we responded, he ignored us and continued talking in a manner than seemed only to amuse himself. A quiet and professional drive is what we had hoped for. John's insistence about revealing other clients' identities among other details, along with being very casual to interrupt our private discussions with random thoughts that would come into his head made us feel differently about In Style. We asked for a supervisor to call us to discuss our ride, but we were never contacted. Steven our driver back from the airport, on the other hand, was very professional and courteous.
