I have been coming to this clinic since my daughter was 6weeks old. But I stopped coming 3 years…read moreago due to negative changes in doctors and staff also the waiting time is outrageous. Recently I started to bring my daughter back and this clinic has gotten worse. The pediatrician on staff is very old and needs to retire. No teenage girl needs to hear 3 times "you will be much more prettier if you lose some weight." Also this pediatrician bedside manner is ignorant and outdated. The only thing nice about this clinic is the expansive waiting area. Oh and the intake staff look like they have no idea what they are doing. When I stayed away for three years I should have stayed GONE. One more thing. When Anne Marie was running this place years ago this clinic was half way decent.

Dr. Jaipaul Ramkelawan is a great doctor and truley cares about your health. Never rushes you, takes time to answer all your questions, ask a lot of questions to find out your family history so that he can better treat you. The first time I went to see Dr. Ramkelawan I did not have an appointment, but explained my condition and that I was not feeling well. The doctor saw me right away and sent me to the ER where they treated me right away and pretty much saved my life. If you are looking for a great doctor and tired of all the nonsense you deal with at doctors in the area, come here.

I checked in at 1:10 they didn't call me in till 2;00 and then I waited another 20 mins in the room waiting for the dr . The Dr didn't wear gloves and didn't use sanitizer . He must have missed the class about health hygiene in the medical field . He touched my face bare hands . On top of that he said "I don't know what it is you should see your primary ". Finally he said he's gonna give a referral and to wait in the waiting room . Well I waited another 10 mins and just walked out I had to go to work . Waste of time and a waste of my 25.00 co pay . I'll never go near that place again . How it's still open is beyond me .

If I could give -5 stars, I would. This is a terrible place with unacceptable customer service…read more They failed to provide information they should have given us from the beginning. When we returned to get that information, we were told the account was inactive and therefore they could not access it--something that should have been clarified earlier. I spoke with a man named Rehan and another named Sam. Sam hung up on me more than three times, and every time I called back, I had to repeat the same issue from the beginning. After explaining everything, they would say "one moment" and then disconnect the call. This is absolutely terrible service, especially from people who are supposed to be patient and helpful. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The waiting area has more chairs to accommodate patients. Let me just say, Dr. Andrews has great bedside manner, and the office does blood work onsite, without having to go to Quest Diagnostic which is a plus. However, the wait time is extremely long. During my last visit my appointment was for 12:45 , I arrived 15 mins early as instructed during online check-in. I waited in the waiting room for about 10 mins. Once I got into the exam room, they took my vitals and after that the wait began, After waiting 30 mins I checked with the front desk to see what was taking so long, they assured me I was next. I went back inside to wait. while sitting in the exam room for another 15 mins I heard Dr. Andrews going into another room seeing another patient. I had to leave without being seen, total wait time one hour. Staff was apologetic and offered to reschedule

At a bit over $150, this is a bargain, even though the clinic is a bit inconvenient to get to. There's no direct subway connection, so a 20-30 minute ride by bus, then a walk across some fairly busy roads stands in the way, but heck you could take an uber from the subway stop instead of the bus and still save money over the other options. Plus, Dr Ceja is really easy to work with and a great doctor. I don't know about the other things this clinic offers but as far as the AME goes, it's been really good for me.

A cancer screening was being denied by my insurance multiple times my insurance called and radiology place called asking me to speak to my doctor for them to follow up. Over a month goes by and yet nothing from my doctor. So I call and I get Awilda on the phone. When asking for help and telling her how everyone needs to approval to come from the doctor she said we don't do that, laughed and gave me an attitude. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I couldn't believe this was a doctors office treating a patient asking for help like that. This was extremely childish behavior I don't understand how they hire people like that. They truely don't care about their patients to allow someone to treat people like that. They are supposed to be helpful and professional and at least do their jobs. Never had such horrible treatment from a doctors office. Now since I complained to the office manager they are referring me to a specialist. This is the 3rd specialist they are sending me to so I'm not really sure what they do in this practice. Will definitely be finding a different more professional and competent doctors office to go to. They don't care about their patients at all. Do not go waste your time with them. Very ghetto very unprofessional!
