This car service should be banned by the better business bureau. Arrived at jfk in freezing cold temps winter and had to wait a half hr. My driver sounded ghetto and young on the phone. Unprofessional and he couldn't figure out where my terminal was located so he asked me what I was wearing in order to find me. Like seriously a WTF question?! The car looked like an old, dirty beat up honda or some other random brand and the guy had his laundry in the front seat of his car!!! Horrible service! I had confirmed a car from JFK to Connecticut, from my flight arriving from Los Angeles. I arrived at JFK, no car and couldn't reach anyone. I tried at least 5 times before I could get through to someone. They blamed the weather and that a driver didn't show...the roads were clear. I was on a 5+ hour flight, and they couldn't call to notify me?? I could have arranged another car service. Their suggestion when I reached them was for me to take a Yellow Cab which I had to do. What should have cost me @ $105 cost me over $200. I contacted them numerous times in writing to resolve the issue and they never responded. Do not use this service!!!! Take a taxi! I arrived at JFK approximately 30 minutes late -- not sure why they asked for the airline and flight number since they obviously did not use the information. I called the number provided upon landing and received a text message to notify the driver once I had my baG. Did so -- and then called when I didn't see my car. I was informed the driver was almost there -- 10 minutes out. After several calls and several more "10 minutes out", I asked the car be canceled and I would find another way into the city. If I could give zero stars I would. What a joke of a business. Had a noon pick up from mid town scheduled. Driver was over an hour late and was also disrespectful and unprofessional on the phone having the nerve to tell me to calm down. The driver told me multiple times that he was "right down the street" after 2 more phones calls and 30 mins later to check his status he would not tell me where he was, just that he would be there soon. Never was there an apology from the driver or the manager of the business. I only waited because I had prepaid. After an hour I ended up calling another service and they picked me up within 5 minutes. This company has yet to refund my 235 dollars even though they provided no service or transportation to me. This is a complete scam where they try to nickel and dime you for everything. They do not screen their drivers which was evident through the fact the car we were picked up in did not have a rear view mirror. Needless to say, we came within a foot of a big rig truck on the highway. Thankfully we made it to the airport in one piece. Not a great way to start a vacation. Avoid this group like the plague! Booked a car service through them online but they just rerouted my pickup to another group called Aircar. After viewing bad reviews in Yelp, I called them before my Jun 10 trip to NY to cancel and they said they would reverse my $93 dollar pickup changes within a couple of days. After 2 additional phone calls to a certain James and writing them through paypal, no reversal took place. Such a fly by night group! I am now talking with Paypal directly to file a claim. Flew into LGA frm San Diego 1/27/09. Made the mistake of paying lgacarservice.com in advance. Car was dirty; took 15 minutes to fin driver, who barely spoke English. If I could give a rating lower than zero, I would give it. I booked a sedan from NJ to JFK airport over a week in advance. They required that I pay upfront the full amount and then even asked do I want a call prior to pick-up and I specified an hour before. On the day of the trip it was less than an hour before pick-up and I didn't get a call so I called. Their response was that they didn't hear from the driver and couldn't reach them to confirm. They said the best they could do is send another car in about 2 to 3 hours best case. I guess they assumed I planned on getting to the airport 4 hours before my flight and could afford to wait 3 more hours. Beware - I wouldn't book with them!!!!! read more

When making the reservation I requested and paid for a sedan and going by the pictures shown on their website of their fleet, it should have been a Lincoln town car. But in reality an old, absolutely disgusting, falling apart Dodge Caravan showed up. No AC, no radio, terrible smell and just one of the most disgusting vehicles I have ever seen. The driver had flip flops, jeans and a t shirt on. When I called to question this all I got was an ignorant, rude person on the phone who questioned why I even booked with them. The kind of person that knows they are wrong and keeps talking over you so you can't get a word in. This is a shady business, run by people that even more shady. I can't say it enough. Booked the car service online about a week or so before my trip. Got several email's in regards to a quote, in each email and it also stated that they would call me to finalize booking and they never did. I waited 3-4 days and nothing. I decided to call them and the guy was a bit unprofessional. Long story short I was picked up late, waited in the freezing cold weather of New York for at least 15mins. Finally the car pulls up and its an older car (beat up looking) the driver was the only good thing about the whole experience, he was polite and friendly. Other than that, I'd rather pay Uber to pick me up and drop me off at a ridiculously high rate. Now on the way back to the airport, they arrived almost 30 MINUTES late which then caused me to miss my flight. Maybe now you can understand my frustrations. Think twice about using this company. We needed a driver to meet our relatives in the arrivals lounge, at jfk ,so we booked online filled in the correct flight information, time etc. then called up to double check, that they would be met inside the terminal, we were told it would cost another $15 but as there was no option to pay online or over the phone ,we said we would pay the driver cash. just make sure he does it! He seemed very pleasant when he callledup to find out if they had landed, and I checked it out online and updated him. 20 minutes later, My relatives called up to say they had been waiting for ten minutes and there was noone there with their name on a sign, called up the driver, he was still in his car instead of waiting to greet them as agreed! Another 20 minutes later, it transpired he was at the wrong terminal and it would take him another 10 minutes, twenty five minutes later still no driver, so after having travelled with a small child for 17 hours and waiting at the airport for 45 minutes for the car, they eventually jumped in a yellow cab! When we called up to complain, the operator was unapologetic, saying that we hadnt paid $15 , for the driver to get out of the car, (we had already agreed to pay the driver directly) but this had no relelvance to the fact that the driver was at the wrong terminal and very late, eventually after enquiring how to get our momey back, we were told you ll get a refund and he put down the phone! lets hope so! read more

Wanted me to pay the sub again and, supposedly, get a refund. Charged me extra because they said it took too long to get off plane and through customs. We went as fast as possible. I don't think they prescreen their drivers or the cars that they offer. We were given a driver who told us "I don't normally do this, I am helping out a friend to drive you. I have my own business. I'm an electrician." First red flag of the drive. The car did not have a rearview mirror. Needless to say, we almost rear ended a shipping truck. What a great way to start our vacation! It looked like the "driver" was living out of his car. Complete mess. Stay as far away from this "company" as you can. They try to nickel and dime you any way they can. Reserved a standard sedan, which is supposed to be a lincoln town car. The trip from the airport was fine. The return trip to the airport was horrible. The driver showed up in an Infiniti I30. That car has not been made since 2001. He wedged our two suitcases into the trunk, which took him about five minutes to accomplish and then had to slam the trunk several times to get it to close. The shocks are gone in this vehicle. What are they thinking using a car that is too small and at least 14 years old. read more

I would not recommend this car service. If Luis review was an honest opinion, instead of obviously being posted by the owners, then the service would be great! I booked the company for a round trip from JFK to my home in NJ. The trip to the airport was OK, the car was nice and the driver was pleasant. The deal is that when you want your return trip you have to call them when you land, which is certainly fair. However after I landed and called them they never picked up the phone, simply forwarded my call to voicemail, and left me stranded at the airport for my return trip! You pay up front for both ways, and now I can't get through to anyone at the company for a refund! All in all I would say save your money and go with a different company read more

Nice driver, but I felt sorry for him that he worked for such a terrible car service. Like other reviewers, I got the calls about the driver being 15 min away, then 15 min later, he's 4 miles away, etc. The excuse for being late was that they're not allowed to sit & wait, so essentially it's near impossible for them to ever be on time. The driver called to me in order for him to find me standing on the curb at JFK, but his cell phone dropped the call, so I called the guy who'd been telling me how far away the driver is--he tells me he can't help because the driver is there at the airport & now it's up to him to find me. If zero stars were an option I would have chosen that. They picked us up 45 minutes late on the way to the airport after multiple phone calls. The rude driver argued with me saying it was hard for them to get up that early in the morning. WTF are you doing airport runs for? On the return trip, after calling them 8 times, 3 of which went to voicemail, they kept saying the driver was in the airport and would be right there. Dispatch was fighting with me on the phone telling me there's traffic that I can't see within the airport. Strangely, every other person who was waiting was picked up. 40 minutes after our scheduled pickup guess who finally arrives! The same rude driver with same pile of crap on the front seat of his car. WORST CAR SERVICE EVER! This company should be shut down. After traveling for 24 hours I arrived at JFK and called the company like it says to in the email they sent. They were extremely rude and asked why I would call before I even had my bags. The email said you MUST call when you land or else they may not pick you up. After this they called and said I would be charged for tolls even though I pre-paid everything including any tolls. Jonathan the so called manager said I did not pre pay enough and there was a glitch in the computer system when I booked and it didn't charge me for all tolls. This should not be my problem. They had a whole week to tell me this not 10 mins before the car was suppose to arrive. They said if I did not pay it I would not be picked up and my $95 would not be refunded. Completely unreliable, nasty, fraudulent, incompetent and unprofessional. Currently I have been charged for a service I did not even receive. They showed up over an hour late ( if at all) and my 17 year old female student that was left standing out in the cold alone at JFK at 1am for well over an hour, after she called upon landing as they require, did not show up and she ended up getting in another car. They also had her flight information, why wouldn't they look on line? I called from my home a few times while she was waiting and they kept saying it was coming. They yelled at me on the phone when I told them she finally took another car home. They also told me to tell the other driver to take her back to the airport when she was enroute. Unbelievable. They charged me $115 for no service and so far and have refunded me $2. I understand in speaking with the subsequent driving company that did finally take her home that this is highly illegal.
