She was so unprofessional that I was taken aback. I asked her if this was a law firm and if the attorney was in to get a consultation. She told me to tell her the details of the case to give to the atty for a call back. I told her my issue but she kept interrupting and did not seem to know what I told her. She made the decision that I was not yet harmed even though mistakes were made. I asked if she was an attorney or the case evaluator. She told me she was the paralegal but the attorney was not available. That was the most unprofessional and angry call I have had. If the person answering the phone was so unprofessional, how professional could the attorney be?
