I told him-- you guys sold me this jewelry so that's on you! He then consulted with the jeweler who said $425 for the repair and I would have to leave it for a few days. I went to a local jeweler who replaced the diamond, fixed the prongs and tightened everything for $125 while I waited. They have lost my business and seriously feel they are a rip off!
