HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!…read more I never write reviews, so this is a first. I was shopping on their website and saw that a watch I liked appeared to be in stock here. It would take me an hour to go pick up, so I wanted to confirm that they would definitely have it, so I called. After about 2 minutes of ringing, a lady picked up the phone and kept saying "HELLO?" very loudly, talking over me every time I started my sentence, not even letting me speak. She seemed already frustrated at me, before I had even gotten a word in. I waited for her to stop then asked if she could hear me and she said yes, so I proceeded. At this point I was making sure to speak very slowly and clearly, with the best enunciation. I asked if she could check to see if a specific watch was in stock there - she just kept saying she couldn't understand me, getting frustrated at me. I told her the name of the watch as listed on the website, and I slightly mispronounced the first word. She interrupted to shout at me that I pronounced it wrong, so I apologized. I had to repeat the last part of the name (the number at the end) about 10 times before she told me that she couldn't even use that to help her find it. She started telling me that she needed the "SKU number! SKU number! SKU number!". I asked where to see that on the website, and she continued to be unhelpful and rude. I asked if it was the Item # and she got frustrated at me and said no. She kept telling me to give her the "SKU number!". I was frantically looking everywhere on the website page to find it for her, but all I could find was the Item #, so I told her this, but she continued to argue with me that she needed the "SKU number! Not the Item #!". Finally she let me say the Item # (turns out it was the SKU number after all), and I read it out veryyyyy slowwwwly and clearly, yet she managed to read it back to me wrong TWICE. So I had to repeat myself 3 times before she could get it right. She told me she could go look for it, and asked for my phone number to call me back. Of course this took multiple tries as well. She hung up abruptly, never having given me her name at any point. One of the most frustrating phone calls I think I've ever been on. UPDATE: I called the Pleasant Hill location. The phone was picked up immediately by a cheerful lady who seemed sharp and spoke with perfect clarity. She gave me her name - Idetha. She was kind, helpful, and quick to answer my questions. She understood everything I said or asked immediately. I never had to repeat myself. She told me the Item # on their website WAS THE SKU NUMBER. She found the watch within a few seconds while we were on the phone and told me she had already set it aside for me. She said I could come in at any point today to pick it up and that she would help me and would adjust my watch quickly and for free right when I came in. I ended this phone call in a much better mood. Safe to say I will be going to their Pleasant Hill location instead. TURNER HILL, TAKE NOTES!
