I wanted a wedding band that was exactly like the band on my engagement ring, however, they did not have anything close enough. When Sara realized this, she immediately offered to contact the designer of my ring and have him custom make one for me! Then when my fiancé liked components of two different rings, they offered to have his custom made as well! A few short weeks later, Sara let us know our rings were ready to be picked up. We met Robert in the store and he showed us our gorgeous rings and made sure they were exactly right. They graciously clean and inspect my ring and always engage me in warm conversation. Last weekend we had our dog along and they allowed our chocolate lab into their pristine showroom and even gave him little cuddles and ear rubs.
