When I came back to the store to calmly talk about not matching, the owner called the cops on me to have me leave and took my money and my earrings. After 2 weeks of no earrings and no refund they final gave me a matching earring. Never do business with these people. I will always remember how badly they treated us and hope you don't make the same mistake.

We found a knowledgeable jeweler in Chattanooga (Sam Edwards Jewelers) who informed us that Maryville was wrong and that the green stones are not emeralds (my fiance was sure the ring did not have emeralds, so we were surprised that we were refused service due to this). He also has no problem working with opals, which was why Maryville refused to resize my engagement ring. Not sure why they would refuse service when other jewelers can complete the resizing with no issue. They can probably do normal jewelry, but I wouldn't want anyone working on my jewelry who can't tell the difference between emeralds and green moissanite.
