The woman that waited on me said that it would take 2 weeks. But I wasn't going to get it back until July when they reopen again after a 1-week break. So, on July 10th I went to pick up my ring. The girl that waited on me gave me my ring and I put it on. But it didn't fit. I told her that it fit before it was fixed and I asked what happened? I told her that the day I dropped if off I asked the woman who took my ring about sizing my figure to make sure she had the right size and she told me that no need to because she would just pinch it and tap back together. I couldn't even get the ring over my knuckle. So, I asked what it cost to get the ring sized and she said $221.00. I asked does that include the $75 for fixing the ring and she said no. I told her I wasn't going to pay for that and that it was their mistake that they didn't size my ring to make sure it was put back to the right size. I will never shop there again. The anniversary ring was given to me by my husband after 35 years of marriage. Now I can't even wear because Eric's Diamonds ruined it.

The opal middle and garnet pedals made for a delicate and unique ring that she fell in love with. She wore it a few times and then one of the garnets fell out. She gifted me this ring after my daughter was born because she didn't have the patience to get it fixed. Once I got it, it sat in my jewelry box. When Mom passed away on 6/9 of this year I felt it was time to fix this ring. I brought it into Muellers on 8/10 and met with Amy. We discussed resizing the ring and also finding the missing garnet. She assured me she could do it! I got multiple calls from Amy relating to her search and we decided to match the color of the garnet vs matching the color and cut. Amy then recommended fixing the prongs and strengthening the other prongs to avoid further loss of the garnets. I picked up my ring today (2 days after she called and said it was ready) To say I wasn't pleased would be an understatement. This ring is so beautiful and the quality of work beyond what I could have hoped for when I brought it in. I purchase a 14 kt. yellow gold mounting from this Jeweler in 2000 and had him mount my 1+ carat…read morediamond in the ring, I took it back to him last month to have the gold bezel around the diamond replaced, when I picked up the ring, paid him $200.00 for a new bezel and got home I noticed there were open spaces around the bezel that were not there before and also the underside was missing the gold bar for a prong setting and the underside of the ring had been hollowed out and the gold melted away. I wore and cleaned this ring for 12 years and that is not the way the ring was brought to him, I asked him what happened to the gold and his reply was to let more light in for the diamond . I returned the ring and he filled in the gold around the gold bezel so their was not any open spaces, but did not replace the gold bar or gold that he melted and removed from my ring. Before you take any jewelry to this place be sure to take pictures of it so you do not get taken like I did, that will be the last time I do business with that store
