This is not a bad place and as this is a jewellery shop, the front doors are securely locked before you can enter and there is also CCTV. I have been here with my parents before and they do like the jewellery on offer. Staff know their jewellery products inside out and they will offer expert opinions and guidance. And if you do fancy a sit down then there are stools here for you to sit on. Overall a decent jewellery shop and a wide variety to select from.

The jewellery sets come as a whole set (including posh necklace, earrings, and bangles) or you can just purchase the one off items. They've had a nice refurb since my last visit, and the place looks a lot nicer. Always haggle a little in here, as you can usually get a discount. A great shop, and good customer service considering that they have a lot of competition on this busy shopping road. If you do plan on spending some time here, then best park round the corner by the S N D Supermarket, as the road and side roads are too busy.

Its fair to say there is a lot of gold on offer and not much in the way of silver jewellery on show. Whether that's a good thing I'm not so sure. I'm not a jewellery expert but I do know that gold jewellery has become more popular. The staff at Devi Jewellers are friendly and it was obvious to me they know their jewellery off by heart. It is a nice place but I just found the shop to be too small. And again if it were to be full, there would not be much room to move about. Plus there are no seats for you to sit down on. As friendly as the staff were, unfortunately I will not be going back to Devi Jewellers. I have seen better jewellery stores and they have much more in the way of variety in terms of what they sell.

The stock is fairly traditional, though I did notice some really pretty dangly earrings with giant rhinestones set in fancy gold surrounds. They also sell some ornaments and little trinkets. The prices are fairly low, though the goods on offer aren't exactly priceless jewels. It would be a good place to pick up a special present for an aunt or Grandma.

And that certainly is the case. The entrance is quite narrow and I personally feel disabled people particularly those requiring wheelchairs would struggle to get in. I have seen better jewellers to be honest and you really would be better off going elsewhere. The jewellery on offer here though is stunning and I did like the rings on display. I can't see many people coming on a regular basis simply because there are bigger jewellery stores on Soho Road and plus there is more variety. Rings, golden chains as well as necklaces are some of the things on offer. Staff are really friendly and they will provide their opinions on items that you may be interested in buying from here. This is not the worst jewellery shop I have visited but I just can't see myself coming here again.

Apart that is, from 2 places who bent over backwards to accomodate me. And this is the one I bought from. Good, friendly service and providing what I wanted at the right price - thats all we want from most shops really isn't it? Watches, rings etc - new or second hand. Repair service too. Worth a look.
