He got us an amazing deal for an all inclusive trip to Cancun with airfare all within our budget and with a flight out the next morning. I've never used a travel agent before but I'm sure glad we did. We spent three days in Mykonos, three days in Santorini, and one day in Athens and everything went off without a hitch. They are not your average travel agents, they do it all! They not only booked our hotel stays but also coordinated the transportation to and from the airports, booked dinner reservations and recommended great activities. Matt and I did not have to lift a finger the entire trip. The hotels were all incredible. They also had restaurant recommendations for the days we did not have set plans for and all the options were amazing, without breaking the bank. They did a really great job customizing the itenierary to match what we wanted to do. If you're looking for a trip of a lifetime, please don't waste your time talking to any other travel agents. Sometimes you need advice and other times you just want someone to handle the logistics of organizing the trip. They are great if you need to just book a trip for yourself, coordinate a trip for the company or a family vacation. I just send her a quick email with location and dates and I get back 2-3 options of travel. I then tell her which one to book and it's done. I book 80% of my travel through them, the other 20% I book online. My husband and I were planning a trip…read moreto Bosnia which is where I am from but I wanted him to experience other countries around Bosnia. We thought it would be a good idea to spend a week in Croatia. Upon reaching out to Carol Kelly, she suggested to take a look at a Croatian Cruise they have on special at the time. Only about 5 minutes later and a quick talk with my husband we were excited to start the booking process. A cruise wasn't even on our minds but once we read the itinerary, it was a dream come true. Our cruise was a 10 day cruise starting in Dubrovnik and sailing towards Mljet, Korcula, Split and then coming back through Hvar, Brac and Tjeniste to arrive at Dubrovnik. The boat was actually a small yacht that accommodated only 34 people. We were the youngest people on this cruise by far but we can hang out with people of all ages and we made some great connections. Our days were planned with excursions guided with local tour guides but we had plenty of time to do what we pleased. We stopped somewhere every day and had swim opportunities weather permitting. We had breakfast on the boat every day, most lunches and half of dinners. All meals are four course meals specifically and freshly prepared by our cook. Carol was great to work with. She provided us with all and any information we needed plus arranged the hotel for before and after the cruise as well as reserve a rental car after the cruise so that we can make our way north to Bosnia. She even arranged for us to pick up a rental car in Croatia but return it in Belgrade. She booked us a night hotel in Belgrade our last night of our trip. We had zero hiccups in our 22 days long trip which is almost unheard of in any industry. We did book our flights through a different agent because Carol was not able to beat the rates. She handled that professionally as well. I am still in awe from our trip and how well it all went. The only downside is that I don't think the cruise was advertised correctly. I think they under promoted it actually but I guess that made up for a very lovely surprise and a great experience. Will definitely use Atlas and Carol in our future travel plans.

I have been traveling and using their services since around 2014 or 2015 on a yearly basis. I've sailed from numerous ports and have done flyovers. Dubai was by far the best flyover I have ever experienced. From the pick up at airport, The organized bus pick ups for excursions, private rooftop parties, private pool parties at top hotels, this was just amazing. I cannot wait to experience it again. A friend and I arrived in Miami at ~1am with a huge layover and just…read moreneeded somewhere to put our bags while we hit the town, and this place was super helpful last minute! They're open all the time, so we just called up there and we were set! They're pretty quick if you're trying to get in and out and we're very accommodating even when we showed up like 20/30 min after we said we'd show up (yikes). What they'll do is they'll have you show up and leave the bags and then you just text them a little before you're about to come back, and you're golden! The only gripe I could think of about the place is that it's a little pricier than some comparable 24/7 prices that are farther away from where we were trying to go slash some closer ones that were not open when we needed them, but I guess you're paying for convenience too right? For 4.5 hours, we had two carry ons and a backpack, and they charged us $35 but then they gave us a $5 discount because they're stars! Anyway they said that they'd be able to bring down the price if more customers came so go go go people I believe the guy who did our service was named Juan (??) he's great lol
