Basically a Deluxe/Special pizza. The pizza was well made, with fresh ingredients, had a nicely browned crust and most importantly was tasty! Overall a quality pizza. Relative to Staff, they were quite friendly and greeted me upon my arrival as I walked in the door which was a nice touch. Although I got takeout there is also ample indoor seating at this pizzeria where the interior ibasically is void of any character but offers a nice clean and bright environment to enjoy your pizza if dining in is what you are looking for. Overall a very good local Pizzeria that is a step up from the Chain businesses that are scattered throughout the area and something to consider if your in the mood for a Pizza.

This time, there were only 6 of us so we were sat at a large round table - perfect for conversation. I ordered my go-to Panko Crusted Feta for an appetizer and then ordered the Chicken Parmesan without sauce for my entree and a Pink Mule to drink. The mule was very flavorful - you can't tell it's got liquor, which is dangerous! The feta was phenomenal, as usual, and the chicken was good. Their entrees include choice of soup or salad and their famous breadsticks, on which I always fill up. The breadsticks arrived first and they were piping hot. They are garlicky and salty and perfectly cooked. I chose the Lemon Chicken and Rice Soup, which was very good. I was full before the feta appetizer arrived! The feta never disappoints so when I got my entree, I was full. I had a few bites and had them box it up. It wasn't my favorite option - I usually like their salads but I'm still off lettuce for a while longer. I know we will be back - we really like this restaurant!

The Highland House is part of a restaurant group so if you've been to one, you kind of know what to expect.
