I recently went on a weekend trip to see a Michigan State college football game (go green!). While I was there I checked out Jet's Pizza. Wow was that awesome! Deep dish square pizza with fantastic mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. They call their pizza sauce 'Jet Fuel'! Jet's Pizza is a Michigan based chain. This Jet's location makes the best tasting pizza I have had from a pizza place, but overall any Jet's pizza location. They're pretty fast, friendly, and apply the coupons to the orders for you without even having to show them the coupons. I'd highly recommend anyone give this location a try. Just be mindful they get pretty busy sometimes and delivery can take 1.5 hours at times, order/plan ahead! read more

This location is great. The people are friendly and the food taste great as well. Weather I pick up or have my order delivered the food is always hot and made with fresh ingredients. You know what you get with Jets pizza. I've been here a bunch and they get my custom orders correct and the one time they messed up they were super nice and recooked the whole order so no food would be cold and didn't charge for the part that was messed up. They are always busy so be patient but the service is great. read more

My wife and I have been eating Jet's for years, and were extremely disappointed when the location in our town was shut down. While traveling, we noticed a location only a mile and a half from the hotel where we were staying. We decided to just pop in, place our order, and pick up a few things at surrounding stores while we waited. When we placed our order the employee in the prep area acted like it was a massive inconvenience that we were walk ins, despite the fact that it states on their website, direct quote, "You can also stop by, say hello, and place an order for takeout". I didn't think much of it at the time. Both my wife and I have worked retail for over 20 years, it was a Friday night, and they were extremely busy. I get it, I've been there. However, when my wife was walking out from picking up the order, that same employee said, loudly enough for the customers to hear, "I f***ing hate walk ins". I'm sorry, but that is inexcusable! Again, this is coming from someone who has 20+ years retail experience. I know just as much as anyone what it's like to be overworked, overwhelmed, and underpaid, and I still can't imagine saying this in front of a customer. Well, maybe I can imagine it, but never in a million years would I actually act on it. It's not like we were rude, we walked in, placed our order, and left. This entire interaction has honestly made me question patronizing ANY Jet's locations in the future, and that's a shame, because I LOVE their 8-corner! My family and I, along with friends of ours, were recently in Flint for a BMX race and staying at the nearby Hampton Inn & Suites. When it came time for dinner, we wanted something inexpensive, quick and easy to bring back to our hotel. We looked on Yelp and saw Jet's and thought we'd give it a try. We ordered two large pizzas and two antipasto salads for pick up. Our deep dish pepperoni and sausage pizza was AMAZING!! LOVE the crust!! We had a total of five adults and three kids in our party so we ordered two antipasto salads and had a BUNCH left over. But the salads were just as delicious as the pizza. Jet's Pizza is another one of those great eateries that I really enjoy visiting when I travel to Grand Blanc to see the in-laws. Full disclosure, my wife worked there when she was in high school. We typically order a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza (it's deep dish and square) and a large antipasto salad. The pizza is so fresh and hot that it's difficult to eat fewer than 3 slices. Being from NY, I am very picky when it comes to pizza and usually won't order it when I'm traveling. However, my clients ordered a bunch of pies from here and I must say, it was delicious. The crust was doughy but nice and crunchy on the bottom and the sauce was tasty. I really enjoyed it! One of the pies we got was a veggie and my only negative was the type of toppings on it. They need to train their delivery drivers how to talk to customers... I ordered for delivery on Sunday night, gave them my address (unsure if they would even deliver to my house) & placed my order. The girl on the phone gave me a time of an hour, I thanked her & hung up. The issue started when the driver got out of his car. My husband greeted him & said that the guy instantly rude. My husband was told that we are outside of the delivery area & that this can't happen again. I called the store & asked for a manager. The girl on the phone asked what the issue was & explained it to her. When the MOD got on the phone, I told him my problem with the rudeness of the delivery driver. He then proceeded to tell me that the driver was not wrong, that we are out of the area, but since they didn't take my phone number they had to deliver it. He told me that the driver was a "blockhead" & didn't really know how to talk to people. He was very unapologetic. None of this is ok. I've been in customer service and food/hospitality for 15 years & believe that there are better ways to talk to customers. It is not my fault they didn't take a phone number and say they could delivery to us. If they had, I would have had no problem picking it up. We are only about a quarter mile away from the cut off. I understand the mile limits of the company, but for this guy to be so rude over less than a mile is just unacceptable. As was way the manager handled the situation. Jet's pizza is one of those pizza places that makes you so thankful that you have taste buds and the ability to dial a phone! I have enjoyed them since moving back to Michigan 3 years ago. The taste is just phenomenal. The price is good for the quality and amount you get. It is not a gourmet pizzeria. It is much better. It is good, old fashion, yummy, comfort food. Please don't count on them for an important occasion! I called the night before for a delivery to be delivered for our department Christmas party at 11am. I asked if I should order the night before or would it be better to order in the morning. I was told to order in the morning. So I called a little after 9am and was promptly told they could not take the order or do delivery until the afternoon. Their only real response was...Do you know who you spoke with? This pizza is average at best. If I were in college and wanted pizza calories it would fit the bill. My pizza had very little sauce and after delivery was room temp. Once a pizza gets to be room temp the cheese hardens and there's less flavor. I would liken the recipe to other common delivery companies. Nothing special. read more

So disappointed to say the least! I literally had NO sauce and hardly any toppings. I had no flavor at all! It was the most bland pizza I have ever eaten-I am Italian and eat pizza at least once a week. I tried to dip it in pasta sauce to give it more flavor, but still ended up throwing it away.
