When you pay at the pump, it is a good bet that there will be no paper in them, so if you want a receipt you have to go insed the station. The car wash does not clean your car properly, no does the time on the dryer work properly. It says you have 10 seconds left, yet it shuts down. Recently I saw a customer and the cashier argue. The customer wasn't the most 'friendly', but the cashier handled it poorly. You never made rude comments to a customer, and provoke them more. Poor customer service, poorly maintained pump! This place has the worst possible rating. If I could give them a 1/4 star, I would!

Dunkin seems to be the only restaurant here though it's odd they boast about their hot dogs here but this place doesn't have a hot dog business inside like most Food N' Fuels do. Staff here was friendly, restrooms here are in good condition. This place was pretty busy as well too. There's even diesel pumps too for truckers as well. The restrooms are also pretty clean which is huge considering the traffic they get. Got there about 6am a past morning and had a coffee and breakfast tacos on their patio table outside. Pretty relaxing even with the adding morning traffic. The breakfast tacos are pretty bomb. They offer made in house I assume real scrambled eggs with choice of bacon, sausage, or brisket. The one complaint--LOOOONG lines for gasoline! Well yesterday I was in Orland Park and I had to stop at Costco so when I was leaving I stopped to get gas. No long lines!!!!! The store and parking lot were packed, and this location has far fewer pumps than the other locations, but there were no long lines. Shhhhh.

This time, I saw the young man pour the entire jug into my engine then toss (like end-over-end) the empty plastic jug in the trash. He shows me the dipstick, which looked OK after starting the car. But I was suspicious. The car's never required 5 quarts before. In the morning, with a cold engine, I popped the hood & pulled the dipstick. Sure enough -- over full. Took a crappy picture with my cellphone but it's obvious.

She saw some hair bands that she liked and the cashier gave her a little sucker because she was so polite to him. They were cleaning when I walked in and the place looks like they clean it all the time. Unlike a lot of gas stations I thought the prices were very reasonable.
