They will rip you off and not do any work. And then when you take em to small claims they won't pay. Cuz someone is broke and not paying their insurance premiums. I don't know how the truth I spoke on here got taken down but I bet it's because it hit too close to home. Again, use ANY other company unless you want to be swindled out of a crap load of money!!! Wonder why there's only good reviews? The owner flags em so people think this is a good company. It's not. Wish I hadn't gotten mixed up with this place.

Well the crew from LVL has had our house for two and a half months - it was a transformation from the basement to the roof. It is beautiful. The attention to detail, the quality of the work- it is unbeatable. They put in a new French drain system and properly sealed the entire basement, creating additional living space for our teen girls.They replaced all the uneven floors and made the entire home not only much more functional- but breathtakingly gorgeous. The problem is then the left the house unfinished, never completing it. Six months later- their electrical work caused a house fire. Repeated attempts to rectify the issues failed until the owner of LaVillaLux just stopped talking to us altogether. Not the best way to do business. Really sad at the outcome.

He took thousands from me and now we are going to court. Found out this is definitely not the first time. I have past customers with the same story. he is a scam contractor do not hire him!!!!!! Or his son Scott and William "Billy" Wiltrout of Wiltrout construction. update I was forced to sue them, I won my case but they will not pay so I'm now forced to take more aggressive legal action. in the process I have been in touch with at least 2 other families he has done this too. I now will help anyone wanting to put this man behind bars.

Please Beware of Ruffing Building Company... William Ruffing used our deposit, (which was half…read moredown, as I wasn't aware its third down, PA law) to complete another job. After waiting two months, finally, ALL the siding and material was delivered by Beacon Supply 10/04. Beacon Supply returned two days later, 10/06 to picked up all the material and returned it to the warehouse because Ruffing's check bounced. William Ruffing said his account was hacked at a gas pump. When the siding was installed, the right side the house the siding is buckling. The left side the house, since no suppliers will sell to William Ruffing, he used J-channel to start the first row of siding instead of using a starter strip. The installers damaged our new front porch deck, base molding, and tore several large limbs off a 8' tall shrub along our porch. As per contract Ruffing still hasn't finished the metal work around the porch and porch windows. William Ruffing totally blew off request from the PA Attorney Generals Office, twice, to rectify the problem. So now we are working with an attorney. I talked to his employees, that Bill Ruffing said he had to let go. The weren't let go, the employees quit because of eight bounced paychecks. William Ruffing has constantly lied, and made up excuses. I do have pictures documenting everything stated, with dates, contracts, materials sales slips, phone calls, damage, messages and the job done on the house. This guy can't be trusted. He is a fraud and a habitual liar. Save your money and find a reputable contractor. Look closely at other feed-back on this guy... If I could, I would have given him NO stars.

They were able to fix the mess on time and at a good price. I own 3 properties in the area. RNB Installations will be my go to guy from now on.
