I had an older furnace that stopped working, and I knew it was a relatively simple fix. However, I anticipated potential issues with upgrading safety features using replaceable parts due to the furnace's age. I spoke with Michael, the owner of Fuse Service, by phone and explained my situation. He arranged for a technician to come out right away, and throughout my interactions with the Company, the communication has been outstanding--worthy of five stars in today's world! The technician arrived on time and, according to my tenant, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Once the technician determined the problem, Michael called me with an update and sent two very detailed and clearly worded estimates. I never felt pressured to replace the furnace, even though I knew it was only a matter of time before I would need to. Having done my research, I had an idea of how much a new furnace would cost, including installation. I was very relieved to find that Fuse Services offered a very fair price for a new unit, which ultimately made the most sense for me. My next concern was ensuring my tenants wouldn't be without heat for a few days, so I wanted the process to move forward quickly. Michael was able to start the installation that same day, and they completed the entire job by the end of the day. What impressed me even more was that the technician who installed the unit was not only very knowledgeable, but he also left no mess behind. I see why Fuse Services has such a high rating. They were super thorough in their in-person visit and caught a few things that other companies did not notice. For that, I was sure these guys knew what they were doing. They installed a mini split 18k btu in my home and were done in a day. No harm no foul. They offer peace of mind with their warranties and as of now everything works great.

In this regard, Jesus came out to look at our AC system yesterday, which has been working only intermittently. Following a very thorough diagnostic assessment of the overall unit, Jesus suggested that we hold off installing any new parts at this time, as the system is somewhat old and doesn't provide any specifics concerning what needs to be replaced. Indeed, I appreciated Jesus's honest and straightforward assessment, as opposed to relying on guesswork to resolve the problem. At this point, I expect that we will likely be replacing our aging unit sometime this year....and, without a doubt, Manny's will be the company I call to do the job. Along with providing prompt and excellent service, the three technicians I've met from his company have all been very professional, courteous, and personable. Milad came in, took a quick look, and figured it out almost immediately. It ended up just being a blown fuse, and he had everything fixed in about 5 minutes. What I really appreciated was how straightforward and honest he was. No overcomplicating things, no trying to upsell anything, just got it done and explained what happened. Super solid experience. The first time, I called at least a dozen different companies here on Yelp and none of them were willing to come service mini-splits, so not only was Milad actually willing to come out, but he came out within the day, diagnosed the issue, tightened the loose fittings, and refilled the freon in the unit, all at a pretty reasonable cost. The most recent time, he came out, checked the error codes, reset the systems that were erroring, and charged just a diagnostic fee for the work. Additionally, I really appreciate how easy he's been to get in touch with since I haven't been able to make it in person either time. Between texting, calls, and pictures and videos that he sends, he really offers peace of mind for the work he does! I'll definitely be continuing to reach out to him for future HVAC needs, thanks Milad!

They all arrived on time and worked hard all day to ensure job was completed in one day. We appreciated how friendly and helpful they all were. We have used Service Champions for 15 years now and they always do an exceptional job. We always look forward to working with them.

Called them on Saturday to unclog a slow running drain in my bathtub that was spitting out sewage…read morewhen I had the adjacent sink on. I asked for a video/camera analysis which was part of their special of $57. The plumber came a little late and tried to unclog it by snaking it, but instead made it worse as more sewage backed up and now no longer drains. He wanted to charge me $600 for a video analysis for Tuesday. So I'm supposed to wait for the analysis and pay more than what the special advertised. I didn't want to agree to that, so he left my tub worse that before (see pic). When I complained to the service line, they said they would have a supervisor come and do the camera video analysis for free on Monday. I took the afternoon off from work and waited for them to come between 2-4 pm. When no one showed up at 330 pm, I called the main number. They said the appointment got moved back to 430-630 pm and claimed that I got a text/call, which I never did. I asked for a supervisor to call back. The plumber from Saturday called and asked if I wanted to go ahead and do what he recommended. I told him I called and did not want to pay $600 that he quoted and that the company said the camera service would be no charge. Don't know why he called me as it seemed that the company staff don't talk to each other. The supervisor eventually called me back, and after some discussion, he said that he couldn't do a video analysis without a cleanout access, which the plumber never said and which I couldn't find. It was bad enough that things are worse for my tub drain, the sewer smell now permeates my house air, and I lost hours of wages from work taking the afternoon off. But what I don't understand is 1) why did the plumber offer a video analysis when the supervisor said it couldn't be done without a cleanout (which he couldn't find), 2) why did he not offer the analysis to be done on Saturday when he was at my place, 3) why did he quote me $600 both on Saturday and Monday evening after the company said the video analysis would be no charge, 4) why did they not tell me about the delay and instead claim that I got a text/call notification, and 5) after the discussion without resolution for today, why did the supervisor not make any earnest attempt to come and resolve things?
