The instructor singled out one person in our group and was extremely rude to them the entire time. Instead of teaching or helping, she acted like everyone should already know what they were doing and made that person feel embarrassed in front of the whole group. We paid to have a good time, not to watch someone get talked down to. It made the whole experience uncomfortable for everyone there. If you're looking for a relaxed and enjoyable outing with friends, I would not recommend this place. After our visit, I noticed a review from two years ago describing the exact same issue with another instructor, so it seems like this hasn't changed.

They were very friendly when I called and said they hadn't heard of it but would give it a try. The person on the phone said to just bring it in. My husband took his shirt in and he said it was an easy experience. We picked up the shirt three weeks later, like quoted. The shirt was perfect! The price was cheaper than quoted on Etsy. Such a great experience!
