She explained a lot to me about my hair and gave me a wonderful haircut. To me it was like night and day the difference. She gave me advice about my hair which I really needed. I was very pleased and surprised on how my hair appointment went. I will definitely go back from now on! Where has this place been all my life?! lol

I told her exactly what to do that when I asked why she ignored what I said acted as if she was a deer in the headlights saying she didn't realize. She had made assumptions about what I wanted instead of asking. Not only that but I told her I wanted only part of my hair bleached and she couldn't even do it evenly and the part ended up lopsided. She knew I was pissed at how she screwed up my hair and still had to pay $100 for something I didn't even want. Very frustrated. All in all- CHOOSE ANOTHER SALON! ANY OTHER SALON!!!!

Caleb is very knowledgable, very personable, and very helpful. I usually walk in and just don't know what should be done to my hair (fine but dense, wavy, straighter in some places and almost curly in others, usually somewhere between shoulder length and mid-back, not chemically processed). So I say to him, "Uhh just make it shorter, with some layers, and i want to look better than it does." And he totally gets it and says, "So make it look cool and awesome and not dumb." Yes. Exactly. And I have a cowlick on one side of my crown that I have a lot of trouble blowdrying too. He does an excellent job with the cut, does the best job I've EVER had blowdrying that stupid cowlick- seriously he does an awesome blow-dry. And he always gives me helpful tricks and tips for styling it, like parting it so the cowlick is a little more disguised. I've referred at least 5 friends to him and now they all get their hair cut by him. And the price is so low for the quality you get! One tip: book with him online, not by phone.
