The person who did the massage clearly did not look at my chart because the person messaged me in areas I never get massaged by anyone else ever. When I arrived I made it clear that I wanted to just relax for my 90-minute massage. In the beginning, the massage was great but I was put into stretches, touched in areas I was not comfortable with, and comments made to "you can relax, I haven't dropped anyone all day". As I tensed up the person only got harder and ended up leaving bruises on my arms. I left there in worst shape than I arrived. I am saddened to say I will not be back and will not recommend this salon as long as this massage therapist is there.

We started looking for a competent stylist who came recommended and could get her hair the way she wanted it. Caleb at Twisted Lemon was highly recommended, so we went to see him. He took time to look at what my daughter's hair looked like. He told us exactly what he would do to fix it. He gave us a quote for the price. And then we made an appointment. My daughter had her visit to Caleb this week. And we are thoroughly impressed. He took so much time with her- much more than he had expected , once he actually began to work. He discovered that the Ulta stylist had done some crazy things that really messed up the color of her hair, things he couldn't believe a professional stylist would do. He spent all afternoon and then had my daughter come back after her night class at Winthrop to finish up. Her hair looks beautiful! Even after all that time, he charged us what he said he would.
