Within 2 months of work so far, Taylor has stepped the programming based on his observations of my current ability. Just when I thought I was getting used to the work, he pulled the line. I was able to, as part of the regular programming able to do a pushup off the floor with disbelief. The same goes with a pull up as well. His decades of experience works you, as long as you give it a chance, consistently. ### Regarding Group Fitness Class The daily group classes are in a place of itself. It will introduce you to movements that you may not do well, increase your mobility and cardio fitness. There are many levels of people who participate, all growing together.
