As always when I walk in every one greets you with a salutation and a smile. My go to sandwich is the #8. A club sandwich. Unless there is a line I've not had to wait more than 5 minutes from walking in to ordering to receiving my food. From the ease of online ordering, to my order ready when I walked in the door, to the careful packaging and flavorful sandwiches provided by this Jersey Mike's Subs Franchise, I was thoroughly impressed. This facility was super clean and it was easy to find my order on the organized pick-up shelves by the registers. I was greeted immediately by the friendly employees and my order was packed with care. I had placed a dinner order for four. Each of us had varied dietary needs so it was great that Jersey Mike's has plenty of options and the ability to customize your sub. I learned from a previous franchise owner and an employee the training that goes into the knowledge and preparation of the many different subs. It is evident in the quality of their products. Each of our sandwiches were double wrapped to ensure the wet subs (known as Jersey style) did not leak through the initial layer of paper and remained warm or protected in the outer brown paper bag wrapping. I decided to order the #13 mini - The Original Italian (provolone, ham, proscuittinni, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni). I customized mine to have no lettuce but added their hot spicy mustard and their flavorful hot chopped pepper relish. I was surprised at the size of this sandwich. This mini was no mini. It was the size of a regular sub at competing sandwich shops and was very filling. All of us ordered different sandwiches and were all very satisfied with our meal. In my 45 years on this planet I've never experienced racism bold and blatantly in my face! I normally give the name Kim when I do an online order (it's easier than people trying to pronounce my name) this time I used Kenyuana. My order was supposed to be ready at 226 pm, a simple turkey sandwich and a bag of chips, I got there at 220 and made another order while I was waiting on my online order. The sandwich i ordered in the store and gave the name Kim for was ready in about 6 mins, I was still waiting on my online order, it's been 15 mins past the time it was to be ready, I watched them make everyone's sandwich except the ticket with the name Kenyuana on it! 20 mins after 226 when it was supposed to be ready I asked what the issue was with making a turkey sandwich... the manages excuse was, we're training a lot of people we're behind. That's not true because all the yt people that were there after me got there order and left yet I'm still waiting, training lots of people is a BS excuse for my order, the only ethnic woman with the only ethnic name to be over 20 mins late!! I visited here two days in a row just in case they were having a bad day. This holiday weekend it was filled with kids behind the counter. I ordered my standard #13 in a tub, lettuce top and bottom. On Saturday mid afternoon there was a bit of a line, which was no problem. I was taking a break from painting. I am not sure what this location does but usually this is a very filling lunch for me. There was a tiny bit of lettuce in the bottom of the tray, the young lady preparing my salad rolled the meat and cut some slits in the log leaving it basically in one giant roll. I had to stop her and ask her to please take it back out and cut it into actual pieces. She seamed annoyed by my request. A moment later one of the others down the line dropped one of the glass bottles and it shattered all over the place. It appears to be restricted to the floor but I am a little surprised that service wasn't stopped to ensure it was properly cleaned up and there was no glass in anything. Someone was sorts of trying to clean the glass up around her while she kept making a sandwich. She slipped around a little so I am thinking it was one of the oil bottles. Back to my order. She finally cut the meat into pinwheels and grabbed a tiny tuft of lettuce and put it on top before the rest of the toppings. I chalked it up to an odd day and went home to eat. Sunday was a shot at redemption. Same order... unfortunately, it was made with the same Lite on the Lettuce manner. The young gentleman who prepared it seemed a bit annoyed I said hello to him. A young lady from the day before came out. I said hello and she started to speak to me in Spanish and laughed. This location is close to me house but I probably won't visit it again. Unfortunately this is the closest Jersey Mike's to my house, but I think I'm done with this location for good. I got a sandwich for dinner the other night and like the time before, I got sick from the food. These incidents are maybe two months apart and I don't know if I'm just the lucky one having my sandwich made by the employee not washing their hands or if it's the food that's bad, but I'm done. I've eaten at other locations and have never gotten sick and now I've gotten sick twice from this location. They obviously need to re-evaluate their sanitation & food prep practices and re-train their employees on hygiene. read more

Just don't. This location is not good. We've come here a couple of times and every single time it's not good. The staff don't really care it seems. They aren't friendly and they don't make good sandwiches. The location in Castle Rock is much better. This time we headed in to order. The line is not that long but because they make the to go orders in the same line, you stand there waiting for them to finally make your sandwich. This makes the wait long and clogs up the store making social distancing difficult. They got the order wrong for the couple ahead of us by making the wrong size for one sandwich. Then it was waiting some more until they completed two to go orders. Then it was our turn. They made the sandwiches sized correctly but when they asked him what he wanted on his, they made mine the same way without asking me. I was not waiting any longer so I just took the sandwich. Love the food, but hate the way the cashier disregards sanitary protocols by touching money, receipts, the register, service repair man's iPad and her phone while touching food and wrapping peoples orders without changing gloves. Bread is good, pretty good portion size, but literally only ONE very basic vegetarian option. The rosemary parmesan bread is pretty tasty and the sandwich is pretty big. But in the one and only veggie option there is not much creative going on, just your basic lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese. You can add peppers or pickle, but they forgot the pickle. Looking at the menu there are also hot subs available and other tasty sounding sauces, not an option for those of us that don't eat meat. Maybe in store they could customize something but not an option online. For the same concept I'd say firehouse or potbelly is better. There were only 3 people behind the counter - one was cooking the hot sandwiches, the girl was slicing meat, cheese and sandwiches as fast as she could and the third guy stood there looking around. Sandwiches are always good. Fresh sliced deli meat and ingredients are great. I love the cherry pepper relish. The service however is always lacking. So slow, they always seem to be understaffed and the ones that work there are always moving in slow motion. I went here on Saturday, the second day that they were open. I have never had Jersey Mike's before, but I am a sandwich lover, so I thought I'd try it out. The line was long...it was grand opening weekend, so that is to be expected. I was highly impressed that they shave your meat for every order. Meats were very lean and tasty. Got our subs home every thing seemed fine; until about midnight, something was terribly wrong with mine (Ruben). Pathetic and totally avoidable experience by the staff at this location. DoorDash delivered the right order (ticket on the bag) but my order was not in the bag. I called the location and was told the correct order would be delivered. Great. Perfect. Well done. Then, got a callback and was told I have to contact DoorDash to get the correct order. WHAT?!? Further, I wasn't allowed to speak with the manager, Caley, who gave this direction; and when I asked for the store manager, was treated to, "Jesus!" And I could callback for the store manager, Jermaine, at another time when he's working. Frankly, why would I put greater burden on myself? Plus our lunch is fully lost at this point. Love their Italian subs, one day I ordered on a rosemary parm bread but there was barely any flavor that I forgot that I even ordered that bread. But the sub was so good that I ordered it again the next day and compared to not having any flavored bread, the parm drastically changed the whole sub flavor!! I'm astounded by how terribly awful this place is. I'd never been to a Jersey Mike's before, but I've been keen to try it since they proudly introduced their GF bread. But their menu is grim for the GF vegetarian. I ordered their only option: #14 "The Veggie" sandwich. However, there were none of the numerous salad options you can find at Subway or Which Wich. Jersey Mike's idea of "veggies" simply consists of a nasty hunk of gelatinous cheese. Holding the chunk of bread with the chunk of cheese the sandwich artist had the nerve to ask, "Do you want the bell pepper with that?" Um, yeah. If that's all I get. This included a few icy cold chunks of green bell pepper. I guess this is why it's named "The Veggie", because you only get one veggie. But fear not, there was a little more "salad" to be found having it "Mike's way", which included shredded iceberg lettuce, onion rings, and a few slices of ice cold tomato, doused in oil and vinegar, all on a chunk of overly sweet, rock-hard, stale-tasting GF bread. Two small sandwiches cost over $20. Are they f...... serious? Is this truly their idea of what vegetarians eat? Do they think this bread is good enough? Worst Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. I pulled in a parking spot in front of the store, I could clearly see employees working inside and I tried to call to place an order since we're not allowed inside (covid19) all I wanted was a sandwich on the way home after a long 18hrs at work. They wouldn't even pick up the phone to take a carry out order or even come out to acknowledge me. Pretty pathetic in my opinion. I won't ever try to use this location again. I ended up just going to Jimmy Johns where they answered the phone immediately and took my order, from the time I placed my order and left Jimmy Johns was less than 2 minutes. The location on tower road in aurora is by far the Worst location I've ever been to. It's close to my house so that's the only reason I come but I will start driving to Parker. The customer service is so horrendous, the only employee who has a great personality is one of the guys who slices the meats and starts the sandwich. This place is terrible! We had a coupon for some free subs for their opening, so we gave it a try. The subs were loaded with mayo and were totally bland. One of the subs had a wrapper inside it from some kind of sauce! Gross. And the service was terrible too - I called in the order to avoid waiting, and was told 15-20min?! I get there and the subs are still not ready, they kept asking if I wanted extra salt and extra mayo. Totally disorganized, no one knew what they were doing, and in the meantime the line wad getting longer with irritated customets. they need major help in order to stay open for much longer, I have a feeling!
