Jerry was the best guide today. We had the best time of our lives. It was an all day adventure from the pickup, to the rainforest, to the authentic food we had for lunch, and the cupcakes at the shop I wanted to visit after. He is such a joy and easy to talk to on this tour. Jerry you are family now and thank you for everything you did for us today, to make our day amazing.

Wow is the first word that comes to mind when I think of Mr. Jerry. I have been around the world and have been on dozens of tours and Mr. Jerry was the absolutely amazing. I can tell wholeheartedly that he loves his job and has so much passion for Puerto Rico. We did the PMP tour and had an amazing time jumping, swimming and seeing the rain forest. He goes above and beyond to make sure that his guests are enjoying the tour. We look forward to coming back to PR and having Mr. Jerry be our guide again. Thanks!

I absolutely LOVED my last day in PR thanks to this tour company...Jerry was energized and excited to share his time with us from the start. The drive up the mountain was comfortable in the air conditioned sprinter van, with lovely views of the local community & very windey streets. Once we landed at the road to the start of our hike, the adventure BEGAN!!!! Get ready to get your shoes dirty, and jump in that water- we lived, sweat, and LOVED the views. The hike was a lovely challenge, balancing on rocks over rivers, scaling stone, jumping over logs, and splashing through streams. It was Just Stunning The moment we arrived to the waterfall our jaws dropped with the amazing view...it was beyond amazing. I've never taken so many pictures of one incredible view as this. I didn't want to leave... THANK you JERRY, for such an amazing experience. The adventure YOU CREATED, and wonderfully shared with us, was absolutely amazing. Whatever you do, dear reader, climb up those rocks (carefully) and sit under that waterfall, let the falls hit your shoulders. My heart is still so full of joy

Very fun hike up to a great view of the waterfall. A little challenging climbing over some areas and stepping on rocks to cross some rushing streams. Manuel was a great guide and patient with helping everyone over the sketchy areas...and entertaining us all day. Highly recommend if you love the outdoors, want to see a real slice of Puerto Rico, and enjoy a little physical challenge.

This tour is everything and more !! Our tour guide Hector made me fee one with the forest and really created a great group dynamic as we referred to each other as family the whole tour ! Hector is a one of kind gentlemen on his own he's informative , comforting , and charismatic. His energy is infectious and this is definitely his niche ! Seeing this water fall is a once and a lifetime view and experience along with very comforting guide dogs they were so good ! To make the trip even better Hector took us to local spot on the mountains to get some Puerto Rican cuisine. There we shared food, medalla, and papaya with rum. Hector had people that have never met before out to dinner socializing and enjoying this beautiful island. This trip is worth everything and more as you find yourself and love for the island. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone and everyone ! Thank you !!

My husband proud he got all the way up and showing off his favorite soccer team

I don't know where to begin with this review. I was originally looking for al Yunque national forest tour but it was sold out. I took this hidden waterfall tour not knowing what to expect.to be honest I was really disappointed we didn't get the other forest. To my surprise It was way more fun than I had expected. Jerry is very funny, helpful and cares about all people in his group. I have never went on a hike before and he made me feel I could do it. If you go with him you will have no regrets. The whole group was very satisfied with Jerry and his tour.

Jesus was an absolutely amazing tour guide! Funny, talked through everything, helped his "family" (that's what he calls you) through any rough patches in the hike. All around a very personable and amazing experience!

You'd get a text message reminder a day before the tour and they would ask if you have food restrictions or allergies. You'd also get a reminder where the meeting spot is. We met at Banco Popular, introduced ourselves and went our merry way to the 5 different food spots. Pablo ordered the food before hand so that when the group arrived at the different restaurants/places, the food was ready and we did not have to wait that long. Our first stop was Cafe Cuatro Sombras where we had coffee and croissant ham/provolone cheese/guava butter. I liked this croissant with a hint of tanginess/sweetness from the guava. Noncoffee drinkers had options of lemonade and tea. Second stop was Señor Paleta. There's no indoor seating here so we had the delicious parcha (passion fruit) popsicle. Yum! Very refreshing, great for this warm weather! Third stop was Cafe El Punto. This place has a lot of artwork by local artists. We had ceviche de pescado and alcapurrias de la casa which were nice. Fourth stop was El Patio de Sam where we "made" our own mofongo. We had fried plantains and garlic butter, mashed them in a mortar and pestle, and added the chicken before turning the mortar upside down to get the mofongo. This was flavorful and had more moisture compared to another mofongo we had. Last stop for dessert was Vaca Brava. We had flan which was nice. We enjoyed the food, the tour, and the conversations. Great experience here.

If you're looking for a nice relaxing day on a private island then this may be the trip for you!…read moreThis is a group tour that travels with more than just those you booked with. As long as 15 people are on the tour, they will take you to your Calebra. If less than 15 you stay local! There were well over 15 so we were able to tour Calebra. It was so beautiful! Once you get there, they pick you up on a ferry to take you to the boat . The boat travels for about an hour before getting to a private island and that is where you get the guided snorkeling or diving tour depending on what you selected! My friends and I did the snorkeling. As someone who can't swim (I know I know lol) I had a great time. The tour guides were very informative and helpful for all ages and swim levels. They do provide fruit, cold cut sandwiches and rum punch and when you stop . If you're looking for a "party" boat then this may not be for you. Don't expect lots of liquor and twerking etc it's a family type tour, Some of my friends were a bit disappointed by the price expecting that we'd stop somewhere that had a bar and restaurant but it was just a private island (we're in our high 20s low 30s). So idk I think it depends on your expectations but I was okay with everything and the service was great!

We were told we had to first buy and complete the course work through PADI and from There they would do the water/ dive sessions and compete the certification. The shop also gets a kick back from Padi as work since it makes u select a dive shop where ur course work is sent to. Once we complete the course work, we each reached out to the dive shop about 2 - 1 1/2 weeks in advance to schedule the dates and times for the water sessions. We did not receive any type of response back from the shop. We attempted to message on whatsup as requested but still did not receive a confirmation or any type of communication. We called down to the shop, where we were told to just text them. We again tried to text the shop but did not receive any response. We flew to San Juan and arrived and immediately went to the shop, we were told to text them and they would get back to us.. we asked directly if they had availability and we were told they would check and get back to us via text.... A day goes by, we attempt to call and no response.. fully we get a text saying they are fully committed...... This was without doubt the worst type of un-reliable customer service and a refusal to communicate.. I would not trust this dive shop or operation. They should never have told us to use to do the course work with their shop and then refuse to complete our certification. Luckily Scuba Dogs next door came to our rescue when we told them about the horrible customer service we received. Just be aware this shop will not be reliable.

We stopped on our way between the beach at Quebradillas and the airport, and were glad we did. The tour has changed in 16 years but the welcome was still warm and embracing. Everyone from the guard at the front gate to random workers were super helpful. We started in a pavilion waiting for outr tour to start. The cost of the tour gives you a token to a drink at the bar -- made with Bacardí of course. We decided to wait till after the tour for the drink. The tour was interesting. First a ride on a tram around the campus with Gabriela providing explanations, then we toured a museum which started with a short video followed by a walk through rooms with artifacts from the history of Bacaradí. The high point is an exact replica of the bar at the abandoned and collapsing Casa Bacardí in Havana. The tour by ended in the adjacent gift shop where you can buy Bacardí merch and special editions of rum. Then a walk back to the pavilion where my wife had a piña colada and I had daquirí. Lots of fun. If you have time, the Bacardí tour is well worth the time and the price of admission.

He was one of the best, most charming, friendly and knowledgeable tour guides ever, and a darn good tour van driver to boot. I took the E & B Tour of the El Yunque Rainforest located in Luquillo, Puerto Rico, and couldn't have been more delighted. I've visited plenty of rainforests and have even lived in one outside of Manaus, Brazil, for about 6 months and know that though they are all called rainforests, there are no two alike. Carlos seemed to have a knowledge of everything about El Yunque, the name and type of every plant, flower, animal, bird and even the medicinal, food uses or habitats of each. If on my own, even with my extensive knowledge of rainforests, I would have pretty much missed out on everything of importance and wouldn't have had a clue of what I was looking at.
