I came in Monday Morning Because Saturday night I noticed my filling missing! I moved so it's an hour drive! I came in as soon as the issue happened because I don't want to risk any problems. Morgan was rude gave me attitude telling me I can't get helped. Until the 11th they are making me wait TWO Weeks! In the mean time I have a huge gap between my teeth that I didn't have before! They say they are extremely booked but I'm in the waiting area and there's no one here. Its unfair. I will wait here until closing if I have too.

I went to Aspen Dental because I was/am having severe pain with my jaw , sinus, and teeth. After…read morebeing there for almost 2 hours explaining my situation, they did confirm I have 4 wisdom teeth coming in, and that could be causing the pain. Also I could have early stages of TMJ because of the stress from grinding and clenching my jaw. They told me I didn't need to get them removed til they fully break through though , even when I asked. Suggested I just get day time retainers to prevent grinding and clenching, which makes no sense because I could absolutely break those too. As I bite through the night guards! They also told me , on top of basically just ignoring my pain factors, to just come back the next week and get a deep cleaning to remove the plaque that has built up beneath my gums, THAT IS FROM MY WISDOM TOOTH COMING IN AND MAKING SPACE FOR THE BACTERIA TO GET BELOW MY GUM LINE! They had made me pre pay for it as well. Never have I ever pre-payed for an appt. I have reached out and gotten second opinions from other dentists/oral surgeons and they 100000% recommend I get my teeth removed and that it is already causing major complications because my teeth cannot shift with my current permanent retainer, and I have bacteria build up beneath the gum line from the teeth shifting and letting there be space. I canceled my appt, got my refund and am still waiting after calling for over 2 days to get the referral I need for the oral surgeons to move forward. Though, I keep getting told their systems are down. The runaround has really made me upset, and feel like I've wasted my time. I'm still in pain, and wish I could have gotten some sort of relief or answers I went to find. Anyways, do your research, this place turns and burns people out like a chop shop , did not see to truly care at all.
